While you're correct, it just does not stand up to a full armour set that has 5 pieces counting as 1...

If it had been a ship on its own, and its interior was of prime status (which would not be that hard to do as it's mostly a metallic addition to the colour palette) It might have pushed me over the edge to buy the accessories... BUT it's not so I'm not buying it.

Basically, I feel that the release of Valk prime has just kinda failed. First of all, I don't think DE planned on releasing her this early, but was more forced to by the accidental leak. This sucks because it's the main problem. Most people I know didn't actually know she was going to be the next prime until the official announcement a few days ago, and thought it was going to be Banshee instead. My point? Not enough hype. The past three frames have all had teasers/trailers that have made everyone super excited, but the only trailers we've had for Valk are the leaked footage. Also, Valkyr is possibly the worst frame to give a prime version to, because it just stuffs the lore up sooo much. I honestly do not know why Banshee was skipped again. I also think that the weapon choice of the Cernos Prime was a bit silly.
I'm pretty torn about the Cernos Prime. On one hand, I use bows a lot and the Rakta Cernos is by far my favourite. So I'm very happy we've got a new and improved Cernos. Also, whoever designed it should get a promotion. It is absolutely gorgeous, and I'm so happy about this, because in my opinion most prime weapons look like golden versions of their non-prime counterparts (eg. Boltor). The Cernos looks pretty different, so I really like this. However, I'm split because this will now be the 4th variant of the Cernos. Honestly, I think DE should have chosen something like the Daikyu or the Amprex, because we really don't need another variant of the Cernos.
Another thing I think is a bit of a missed opportunity is the idea of a primed Kavat collar. Valk is generally known by most players as 'My beloved Valkitty'. Valkitty. Kavats. Bingo. Introduce a prime Kavat collar that buffs health/shield/armour to make them a bit more durable (armour link + valk prime would be very nice :3), but is not essential for a kavat to have. I mean, kubrows have one so I think that a primed kavat collar could have worked very well, instead of the Cernos Prime. Part of prime accesories could be kavat prime armour.
Valkyr Prime is dropping tomorrow, only three (or four I'm not exactly sure) days after the official announcement. Just wanted to express my opinions, please comment any other ways you think DE stuffed up or they could've done differently, or maybe you have a problem with something I have said :]

... So my 3 month booster that I got with Nek P. runs out just after Valkyr P. release... seem like it's exactly on time TBH...
We also didn't get the Nek video until well after he was shown at Pax or wherever it was...
We heard nothing about her being primed/released until the leak, so I don't think it's fair to say they were 'planning' on releasing her now. I honestly thought it was going to be Banshee + Sonicor prime.
It's right on time for her to be released, there is no Banshee prime to be found in the files, and Sonicor is a Corpus weapon... it will never be primed...

I don't get the issue of point 6... the survivals make it faster to farm prime parts and get traces... After reading this I get the impression OP will not be satisfied with anything that happens in the game...

Eh , low level with some mates to increase the number of targets, I think it's possible...
We've (my GF) got one we cannot open even after completing the task 3-4 times now. (hold a x3 combo for 30s with Bleeding equipt)

Yeah, this one seems to be hit and miss, no1 could seem me hair, and I could not see my GFs hair, but others could see hers. I could see most other ppls hair... odd.

Well, I use the realteck drivers, as would countless other people, and have no issue like the one you're saying. it's possibly a 3rd piece of software and removing the drivers stops that other software interact with your game, software is sometimes not so straight forward.

In the current arkwing you just feel like a mobile turret with a few special abilities, all you do is rotate around shooting, then occasionally pressing E to teleport to an enemy and deal a bit of damage. Hell this new expansion highlighted just how clunky arkwing is. I had no problems moving around the ship, in fact I thought that part was pretty cool, but several times I clipped through the ship and navigating around was a pain with the camera and random rotation.

Because irrelevant of if you liked it or not, it still got updated, something you implied didn't happen, and you can set the rotation, google is a thing...

So this Riven Mod refuses to open (image 1), we've tried 3 times now.
Bleeding Dragon and Riven Mod are equipt. (Image 2)
3x Combo started at 4:14 (Image 3)
3x Combo ended at 6:02 (Image 4)
Still locked (Image 5)
I can upload a video of the entire run, but it's 2G and I live in Australia... prolly take me 8 hours to upload.

So, the other day I was in Maroo's, and a guy was asking for the Tigris Prime Barrel and Receiver, he was offering 12p for each (fair price), I said 'sure', loaded it up in trade, but he only had 12p total, I asked what one did he want, and he tossed in a Vauban Prime Chassis, then removed it... I looked up the price of the VPC seen it was about 45p and said he could have the other Tigris P. part for the VPC... He did, we exchanged stuff... I sold the VPC for 45p later... solid 33p overcharge...
