  1. I like how a lot of these sync up! The double agent idea is explored quite well and realistically within the game's limits here!
  2. An interesting theme! I like the way it synergizes with each other and explores a damage type not really explored! Cool stuff!
  3. I really appreciate the advice and the conciseness of the post.
  4. As you can see, my posts seem to be double spaced when I press enter. Only here and not anywhere else. Any way on fixing it?
  5. An interesting way to revitalize and improve the system. I have a feeling this might separate players in terms of interactivity. On the other hand, most of the people I know would copy paste a shortcut, trade, then bounce anyway. I personally like the look of this and its potential execution.
  6. Looove the necromantic/grim reaper theme. I really like the utility this can provide. I can see Ability 2 being used like a scouting tool for stealth through missions. How would you see scenarios play out with these abilities? Like good vantages to execute abilities, synchronicity with other abilities, stuff like that? Cool ideas!
  7. I'm all for diversity. More muscle men! Why not?
  8. Usually the one who brings up the topic of it being overly sexy is the one in denial. Go get your rocks off somewhere else. That being said from above comment, a "sexy walk" is not helping your case. They should just obey the animation style assigned to them. Perhaps said animation is always applied the same to the same personality or that also being randomized. It could be an interesting addition. It could also be in the Dormizone. Don't make it weird though. There's a reason why wisp was covered up. Some o' y'all are thirstin' hard. 1. Any particular reason? 2. If you could wish it would be different/easier, would that change your mind? Hey kiddo. Drifters aren't. You assuming it's purely the operator says something about you.... That you forgot Drifters exist. See? I can assume a non predatory intent about your post. Why can't you do that with others?
  9. The second thing, I'll give you that. The first, could also be argued that I'm taking this as a stealth based approach, whereas Revenant fills the aggressive role much better. The feedback's appreciated.
  10. Hello everyone! Another concept to drop here. I almost thought Inaros was quite close to being vampiric (I love the theme of sand and scarabs) but... there could be a fully fledged one. (WARNING: I am terrible with numbers but if you would like to contribute balancing numbers that would make this work, feel free!) Name: Vladim Gender: Male Description: On Lua, the Orokin were known to poke and prod into dangerous concepts. The operator who was going to man this Warframe in question had been bestowed with power and influence. Looking to gain an edge, he broke into vaults and stole his opponents' research to make his own. Little did he know he would be gaining too much exposure to the void itself and its unclear inhabitants. Not just dying to know more, but dying literally, he was desperate for a cure. He wanted to use transference and live inside Vladim until he could find a solution. Sending out a call for help, he rested. His weakened state only seemed to leave him unable to leave the Warframe and leave him trapped. Whoever picks up the signal must try and find a solution for this operator or lose added knowledge of the void for good. Stats: Health: 350 Shields: 0 Armor: 330 Energy: 200 Sprint Speed: 1 Themes: Vampire Progenitor Element: Cold Subsumed Ability: Telekinesis Abilities: Passive: Near Immortal: When you die, you drain some life force from nearby enemies, adding extra time to your revive, depending on how many enemies are around. Shapeshift: Vladim Shape shifts into the faction in the crosshair for a certain amount of time, fooling them. Run, draining your energy or attacking, then it will break the disguise. Lasts until cancelled. Sense Blood: Vladim tunes in to his inner senses to track nearby prey with a glowing effect. This also shows enemies through walls and closed doors. Telekinesis: Vladim, with his crosshair over a manipulable object (barrels, other enemies) and toggling the ability on, will create a path to an enemy or object. Toggling the ability off executes the throw and spends the energy, doing impact damage from throwing enemies at surfaces or other enemies. Pressing it once lifts the object or enemy in the air, pressing it again allows it to be thrown at the crosshair. Lifting them in the air drains energy over time. Drain: Vladim attacks the enemy in the crosshair, doing massive slash damage and bleeding them out for 10 seconds. If they die, Vladim gets 50% additional health added to his maximum for 1 minute. This can stack up to 3 times. Mod Ideas: Conversion: When you Drain an enemy to death, you create a clone that does 110% of your original damage and draws threat away from you. Once again, terrible with numbers, great with concepts. If you think adjustments could be made to balance it out much more fairly, suggest 'em below!
  11. or TICK TOCK TICK TOCK TICK TOCK TENNO!
  12. Had a similar idea a while ago. I'm glad we're on a similar wave length!
  13. Drecreeping? Like the rapper? Everyone forgot about Dre.
  14. Personally, I think no. People with that power choose to abuse it with egregious NSFW imagery. Give people the power, they will abuse it. It seems to be working just fine this way.
  15. Hey guys! Back again with another concept for you to chew on. Enjoy! (WARNING: I am terrible with numbers but if you would like to contribute balancing numbers that would make this work, feel free!) Name: Volork Gender: Male Description: A dark wizard-like Warframe, Volork originated from the depths of Lua in the coldest recesses that the Orokin have struggled to control... until recently. Summon bright flame, an archimedean and curses to cripple and hurt enemies. Stats: Health: 325 Shields: 100 Armor: 375 Energy: 200 Sprint Speed: 1 Themes: Warlock, Orokin. Progenitor Element: Heat Subsumed Ability: Infernal Blast Abilities: Passive Unnatural Perk Bargaining with malevolent forces have lead you to... seeing things that others can't see. Damaging them might grant you a bonus damage type of that creature's weakness for 1 attack. These things can only be damaged once and spawn every 30 seconds within 20m in a cone in front of you. Active Battler's Bane/Protector's Affliction/Utility's Scourge 1st Ability Hold To Switch Battler's Bane Disarms the enemy targeted in Volork's crosshair and shocks them with electricity for 15 seconds. Protector's Affliction The shields of the enemy targeted in Volork's crosshair are stripped. If health based or shields are already gone, their armor is reduced. They are also affected with Toxin for 15 seconds. Utility's Scourge Slows the attack speed of the enemy targeted in Volork's crosshair and heats them up for 15 seconds. Dark Bargain 2nd Ability Volork hones in on the nearest enemy and makes a dark bargain, switching their health for his. Lose the health and he's back to his normal cap. (This does not work on bosses, kuva liches and corpus sisters. Honing in on them and taking a portion of their health over time will be what occurs instead.) Ayatan Blast Sends a concentrated blast at an enemy in the crosshair, dealing heat damage and sending them in towards Volork. Converted Archimedean A Converted Archimedean is ripped from an unknown realm and sent spiralling down from the sky and impacts onto your location, knocking back nearby enemies and dealing impact damage and heat damage over time. They will begin to attack nearby enemies for impact damage and enemies being near the dark guardian will take heat damage per second. Lasts 30 seconds. Mod Ideas: Deadly Roots Infernal Blast will now hold affected enemies in place for 8 seconds Once again, terrible with numbers, great with concepts. If you think adjustments could be made to balance it out much more fairly, suggest 'em below! The best attempt I could come up with for a warlock concept while keeping it with Warframe's theming.
  16. Hello everyone! Been a few years since I did this. Had these ideas in the tank, figured I'd post 'em here for your viewing pleasure. Feel free to tweak or do what you will. Name: Kamada Gender: Female Description: Against the tyrannical rule of the Index and Nef Anyo, Kamada was designed to counter and cap as quick as possible. Nef Anyo had tried to cheat before. Now he's at it again and the only way that could possibly be figured out is the rumoured Rider herself. Stats: Health: 450 Shields: 250 Armor: 150 Energy: 150 Sprint Speed: 1.15 Themes: Motorcycle Progenitor Element: Heat Subsumed Ability: Wheelie Abilities Passive Accelerator: When you're moving in a straight line without turning corners, your movement speed slowly increases up to a flat cap. Active Rev Charge up a 3rd of the meter, and do heat damage to enemies beside and behind you. Wheelie Send burning rubber flaring forward and accelerates the Warframe forward, dealing heat and slash damage. The more of the Rev meter filled up, the more heat damage you do. If two thirds or more are filled up, you leave a trail of fire behind you, setting enemies aflame should they walk into it. The more Rev meter consumed, the higher the heat damage caused. Stoppie Stop yourself, mid momentum and fling enemies behind you into the air and knock them down, dealing slash damage to them before sending them flying. If during acceleration done by Wheelie, enemies are flung higher than normal and dealt more slash damage initially. Burnout Sweep your back wheel 360 degrees, doing heat and slash damage and knockback nearby enemies, bonus slash if no Rev beforehand, bonus heat damage if Rev beforehand. Stronger heat damage and heat damage over time will flare if Rev meter is maxed. Mod Ideas Revolution Evolution Every third Rev will cause a shockwave behind you, knocking enemies down. Heat damage is lessened by 1 third.
  17. I really like the theme and concept. Would be interesting to see status builds with this idea. As for name suggestions, I got a few. 1. Vulcan 2. Kino 3. Brock 4. Havill 5. Dayton Names and inspiration from how drones came to be. :D
  18. Gonna preface this is a warning: Comments telling me to get good waste your time and mine, so save us both the breath and hold off, Thanks. Now to the bug. I am playing railjack to get particular armaments and components on Pluto and Veil Proximas. Tested on the Survival, Exterminate and Survival gamemodes, if after you do the railjack objectives and go inside to do the actual missions on foot, if you die ONCE and ONLY once, it will automatically fail you. This is a very cruel and unusual punishment as for those lower in skill and reaction time like myself (even with rhino skin, voidrig and other defensives, as well as offensives to kill things faster) are instantly punished for dying once. Now don't get me wrong, I'd understand if this was hardcore exclusive or had to do with the Archon Hunt, but it doesn't, and it's soul crushing to have to go another 5-10 minutes in the railjack to get to the mission only for it to fail instantly from a slower reaction time. I beg of you DE to actually allow us to use our 2nd to 6th chances in Railjack and fix this auto trigger fail state. I hope I've given enough info in order to fix this problem and also brought an issue back to the limelight as it's been quite a long time coming and could use some love. Thank you!
  19. Still an issue after all this time. Got stuck in operator on a railjack mission after I killed all the enemies in Exterminate. Luckily I could return to dojo in menu but that should not be a bug, DE. Fix it.
  20. Can confirm this on Albrecht bounties as Nekros Prime fully decked out. Has happened consistently every time I play.
  21. Yeah unfortunately this has nothing to do with helminth, I even get it while not subsuming anything. I just spawn with no weapons when I load in. Constantly.
  22. While doing the Netracells, the icon for an enemy that shows up on hud will be permanently stuck there and will not move and just be a general blemish on the screen. This seems to happen when I manually mark a necramech and also when gruzzlings show up.
  23. I don't wanna hear the "get good" argument because it's not constructive, I'm here to report a bug. Soloing the Ropalolyst earlier today, I passed the first phase, then the Mission Timeout (or w/e it's called) wanted to kick me out even though I was actively doing the mission (I just finished ramming the Ropalolyst into the electricity and the timer started because the enemy trash bugged out and the game thought I wasn't killing things? I don't even know) Later on, I was doing Steel Path Disruption Bounty and I was in the mission for 10 minutes because I'll be honest even though I have incarnon Latron, I am very slow and a bit inept, but we were still actively killing things to get the docket to drop, then the mission timer started, then we finished a docket, then the afk timer thing started again after doing the docket? It should not be popping up again if I'm actively doing the mission. There needs to be more clearances for it to trigger. If I'm not moving AND not firing actively and killing enemies, THEN it should warn me. Afterwards, if I kill things, that should reset the timer, and disappear, so I don't have an anxiety attack and worrying about if it kicks me out of a mission I've spent a long time in. I've been seeing this being around since 2020. You need to rework this system, DE. It's not preventing farming, it's preventing solo players like me from doing "outdated" content. Fix it please.
  24. So this thread is specifically dedicated to specific global codes and not ones given out via streams?
