Radial disarm and the likes should get damage added to the skill when it fails CC. Uses radial disarm, game checks to see if thing can be cc'd if check says can't be cc'd it does damage.

Hopefully going forward you consider taking more time on adjustments made on new warframes especially when they have an exalted weapon. It wasn't just 5 formas we put on dante but 5 on noctua also.

I'm simply just running along doing missions on frost or dante and multiple times they start yelling and saying why did you give me overguard? I think chroma needs to get a tweak or something so that they are not as disruptive telling me not to play the game/use abilities

Why do people keep saying it can't be procced while you have overguard? Its like one of the biggest complaints I've seen about having dante in teams and its not even correct. Just look at the wiki.... OR actually try it before lying

Secondary outburst works with exalted secondaries but it doesn't seem like other ones do just to confirm is this intended? I want to use it but I'm hesitant because I would want melee crescendo and that's a lot of plat... I already tried cascadia flare and cascadia overcharge but neither seems to work with exalteds
