  • Ability 1, Corruption

Focuses on a single target, the target will be filled with void energy making him stunned and swell up, taking more damage than usual. After the allotted time (rank 30 12 sec) the target will be released. Once released a wave of void energy will corrupt the enemy turning it into the respected corrupted variant. Resetting it's health, armor and shields along the way as the player didn't kill the target fast enough

  • Ability 2, Fissure

A fissure on the skin of the broken warframe will crack further. Letting Void energy leak out. Bolts of energy will seek team mates, these bolts when hitting a player will grant one of the four random reactant buffs. Power range, Power strength, infinite ammo for current weapon and heavy attacks don't consume stacks. Once all the bolts have either hit or missed the broken warframe itself will receive a weakened version of the buffs dealt out. So in a scenario where player A gets x2 power strength, player b gets bottomless magazines, player c gets heavy attack bonus. The broken warframe will then receive three buffs. 1.5x strength multiplayer. 50% extra ammo efficiency, 50% extra melee efficiency.

  • Ability 3, Luster

A single cast with duration where enemies within range will be Lustered by void energy. Being filled up with pure and controlled void energy this time will result in enemies getting stunned. Their bodies lighting up glowing bright in the warframe energy's color. While under effect the enemies share damage with others affected. For example. Lustering 3 corrupted bombards at 100 health, then shooting one with a Rubico prime which deals exactly 100 damage in one shot to a single target. Instead of killing just the single target, the damage is doubled, and then spread across all three targets. Resulting in 200 damage being spread around, ending up with 3 bombards all at 33 health left.

  • Ability 4, Corrupted savage

The broken warframe leaks void energy, their body turning into a stronger form. The Combat form would grow void "tentacles" around it's body to shield itself. Alongside the frame, the current used weapons are empowered by it too. Resulting in more damage, faster fire rate, damage reduction and an damage AOE. However with this great power comes consequences. Enemies turn into their corrupted variant around the player if they stay within the area of effect for long enough.

  • Passive, Sacrafice

Instead of dying, release a massive blinding blast of void energy loosing any and all buffs/positives effects and energy. The cost of doing so will put the burden of a dragon key on the frame (-75% shields/speed/damage, -50% health) and receive a short period of invincibility (5~10 seconds) Once the player has died 4 times consecutively, and thus has all 4 effects effective on him Sacrifice won't work anymore, letting the player die like normal. Re spawning would reset these debuffs.

Doubling down on the reason why such a Warframe would be created, rather than just the visual portion, I settled on the concept of the "last ditch effort" in a losing war to cobble together something that could help turn the tide, however slim, to be combined with whatever forces you have left.  Which lead me to the concept of desperation.  This warframe is made out of broken parts, due to desperation.  It's all they had left in the dark days near the end of the Old War, and their overwhelming powerhouses have either failed them, or are nearing failure.  They need help, and this is all they've got left.  But it might just be desperate enough to work!  

 

One does not cobble together something in desperation hoping it will be their single saving grace in their hour of need.  You make due with what you've got, when you've got it, so that it can offer a new foundation, however temporary, to pull yourself out of this hole you're in.  And sometimes, that requires hard choices.  I've tried to encapsulate this feeling of frenzied choice making with makeshift parts that, might, juuust might, give you a fighting chance, with this unique stack based hybrid Support-Tank.  

 

 

Passive: Desperate Fury - Enemies that are killed by this warframe give a stacking buff, Desperation, that when it reaches a threshold, grants Desperate Fury, which allows abilities to be cast for no energy cost for a short time.  Abilities gain an enhanced "Desperate" version that can be cast if the ability button is held instead, which consumes Desperate Fury.  Desperation stacks cannot be built while Desperate Fury is active.

1st Ability (Instant Cast):  Ransack - Sends tendrils out in a cone to rip anything they can from enemies, doing adaptive damage based on the target's weakness.  Damage made by this ability increase Desperate Fury's duration while the buff is active.  Desperate Ransack: Forces enemies to drop loot in an area centered around a single enemy.  

2nd Ability (Instant Cast):  Snare - Create a pocket of void energy at a location that stun enemies in an area.  Desperate Snare: Causes an implosion within the pocket that pulls enemies in a larger area to the center of the pocket, and applies a debuff that increases the damage they take for a short while.  If (DesperateRansack is used on stunned or debuffed enemies, it will deal bonus damage.

3rd Ability (Toggle Aura):  Sect - Creates an aura around them that allows allies to contribute to Desperation, at the expense of energy.  If Desperate Fury triggers while the aura is on, the aura is immediately turned off and all allies within range also benefit from Desperate FuryDesperate Sect:  Emits a burst in an area centered around you that gives all allies within range a Power Strength buff on top of free ability costs.  Sect cannot be turned on until self Desperate Fury expires.  Ransack kills refresh the duration of all of these buffs.

4th Ability (Duration Based):  Desperate Times - Become intangible, increasing parkour speed becoming invulnerable while also taunting nearby enemies.  Spends a portion of your Desperation to use.  Desperate Measures:  Creates a mobile shield bubble that absorbs incoming damage and converts it into health for self and all nearby allies.  Ransack kills increase the duration of both versions of this ability.

Hey guys,

I'm kinda bad with beeing creative but I think I have a cool idea as a "bonus" passive or ingame interaction with the frame.

How would it be, if the frame would be an avatar for ordis?

Maybe the frame could use funny ordis voicelines midmission and use "sacrifice quest warframe behaviour". Whilst in the orbiter he(the frame) could stand by as our trustworthy, steadfast stewart and occasionally clean the infested door.

While his Ulti is active he could use the sarcastic " starchild " - ordis precept.

 

I'd love to see more ingame interaction with ordis and thought that a "broken" frame would be perfect for our loyal "broken" ship cephalon :].

Passive- upon death you drop a crystal that refills all health and shield to an ally and gives them invincibility for a short time 

A1- blink - blink ability like tracers ability from overwatch

A2- adaptive skin - upon activation, you will gain major resistance to any recent damage types you have been dealt

A3- tau blast - create a radial blast of tau energy that gets rid of sentient’s built up resistances and also knocks the shields off of enemies as well as making them weaker to recent damage types dealt to them

A4- terraforming gun - pull out a large arm cannon and charge it for a large beam of tau energy that can also knock sentient resistances off as well as damaging enemies greatly

Passive:  Every shield lost will create a Void particle blast to knockdown enemies

Ability 1 Shooting Star: A Void that creates a Bubbles of Particles in the air of fire works. Fires the point of a direction of the camera, it is slow but does a heat / impact damage 

Ability 2 Surge Release 🔛Explodes Void Particles from it's body that creates a firework causes to damage on enemies and stun when getting close to them. Getting close to allies will create a 10% Power Strength on Warframe abilities.

Ability 3 Shatter Ball : Making Void Particles to break and create a Magnetic/electric ball in the air , damages on enemies . Allies getting close to the ball will replenish shield and stack it for 10%. Can summon more like land mines in the air.

Ability 4  Breaker Storm: Using this will cause to stand stand still but makes particle of disruption void storm , maybe 5-10 meters, creates storm of Magnetic/Radiation damage to enemies in it.  Allies will have increase weapon damage to cause enemies weaker on there elemental weakness.

Passive: If Broken warframe slowly builds up a mentality bar when the bar fills you can cast your 4th ability and you enter a berserk state at will reducing damage taken and increasing damage dealt max bar stacks 50, bar stacks cost on 4th 5 stacks (berserk state drains 1/5 a stack every second in berserk state)

ability1: Broken warframe slashes at enemies ripping there armor to shreds reducing there armor (hold to enter berserk state)

Ability2:  Broken warframe Mentally torments enemies causing them to go into a berserk frenzy attacking there allies (slowly generates mentality stacks)

Ability3:  Broken warframe uses tendrils from its body to pierce enemies and drain its health (gives 1 mentality stacks each enemy hit )

Ability4: Broken Warframe Mentally Freaks out releasing a loud scream paralyzing enemies for a mid duration and reducing enemies immunity to damage (costs 5 Mentality Stacks)

Passive: Warframe has no energy. Abilities can only be casted with use of Limb charges or use of health. Only allowed to have 5(?) friendly limb entities. Depending on which faction against limbs grant different buffs. Corpus- Shield increase Grineer- armor buff Infested-Health increase Sentient- speed buff?

1st Ability: Warframe hurls and smashes itself into target area. Without Limb charge, ability costs health to cast. (As he is smashing himself into things) Any enemy mob caught in the smash has its body deformed granting 1 limb charge per mob. Mobs killed by skill are killed with slash animation leaving them in pieces, while those left alive are stunned. Damage also takes percentage relative to targets max HP. (bosses immune, as why would u want anything from vay heks?...ew)

2nd Ability: Warframe launches a limb turet, with use of limb charge, at target location to draw the attention of enemies. Damage dealt by limb turret heals main warframe for potion of damage. While enemies are within proximity of limb, press skill again to retract the limb and steal limb charges from mobs, while dragging them to your location.

3rd Ability: Warframe uses a limb as a weapon. Skill Use takes a limb Charge. Depending on which faction skill will have a different effect. Corpus limb is launched then acts as stationary electric mine. Grineer limb swipes foward with fire and leaves a napalm effect. Infested creates a cloud of spores that dazes and mind controls any that enter it.  Sentient limb transforms into friendly Vomvalyst that fights with you for short time.

4th Ability: Warframe uses the pieces it has collected to create a body clone. Original cast summons clone using all limb charges. Any damage taken is mitigated to Body clone. Using skill again commands body clone to break down and explode, restoring health to the warframe.

Passive: Upon death you and team will gain armor buff during the mission which stack every time you die ( must be in range for team to get better buff), also while using Broken War / Broken Scepter weapons and Warframe get a small buff.

1st ability (Leech): Cast leeches that drain enemies health and replenish it the Warframe.

2nd ability (Xplosion): When casting it takes all of your shield which converts it to damage, which will cause the Warframe to exploded causing puncture and blast damage in a radius. Depending how much shield you have it will increase damage and AOE this includes overshield as well.

3rd ability (Posesion): Warframe will sacrifice 80%of health and will take over an enemy body and control him. Example is if the Warframe is fighting a Grineer Bombard once Bombard health  shows the icon for mercy kill the Warframe can take over the body and become a Bombard with a glowing energy which enemies will begin to target, once the Bombards life has been depleted the Warframe will exit out of the body and will have 25% of health letter, if the Warframe exits sooner they will exit with 10% health. During possesion you will not be able to pick up health, energy or ammo only resources. You can still activate health, energy or ammo pads but will have no affect unless you exit. (Use wisely!)

4th ability (Quadraped): Warframe turns into a quadraped, while in this state you are able to move faster, cause more damage,(similar to the heynas also based on the energy color it will be elemental damage) you will be able to melee damage, heavy attack and shoot which will be a unique sentient beam that can be modded just like Hyldryn's Balefire.

Passive: Glitches will Spawn randomly and can be fixed by Broken Frame (walk through) to recieve a movement Speed Buff

1. Fixing 
Killed Enemies will drop corrupted Objects which can be picked up by Broken Frame. Up to 6 Objects can be picked up and can be used to fix Broken Frame by replenishing its HP or Energy. Press to replenish HP and hold to regenerate Energy (based on STR%)

2. Glitch Mode
Broken Frame enters Glitch Mode for X Duration, while in Glitch Mode he can pass through Enemies and Enemy made Objects. Broken Frame takes less dmg from Projectiles (based on STR%) and is immune to Melee Attacks, however, if Enemies melee you while in Glitch Mode, the Duration lowers by 1s per Melee Attack. This Mode is toggled and cannot be recast. (Balance)

3. 3, 2, 1. GO.
Broken Frame creates a Copy of himself and leaves it behind which'll act as a Decoy. Enemies will focus it until they notice its not the real Broken Frame. Enemies will focus on the Decoy for 3 seconds and will attack it. After 3 seconds of eating Damage it will stops eating damage and counts down. Now Enemies will no longer focus on the Decoy and after 3 seconds the Decoy explodes dealing the same Damage Type that it recieved but scaled down, in an Area around it (based on Range + based on STR%) (Balance)

4. Broken Gun (Exalted Weapon, modable just like other Exalted Weapons)
Broken Frame reassembles Body Parts into his right Arm to create it's personal favourite, Broken Gun. It has 2 Modes, Spread and Focused Shots. The Primary Shot works like a Shotgun and is assembled on his lower Arm. The Secondary Mode works like an Opticor Shot and is shot from his Hand. Instead of Energy drain, it uses Ammo. (Balance)

Ability 1 : Boomerarm... rips off his left arm and throws it like a boomerang dealing blast damage to everything hit... more targets hit in its path the more damage caused

Ability 2 : Broken Teleport ... Dismantles and reassembles in a short distance 10 - 20 m to quickly get away from crowds or to gain an advantage

Ability 3: NeedaHand : Assembles extra Arm that holds secondary weapon auto targeting other enemies around you for short period of time

Ability 4 : HEADS UP : takes off own head and lobs it like a grenade dealing massive explosive damage

Passive : resource pickups acts as healing for self and team mates

Mod : Randomiser for Boomnerarm ... result in EXTRA element damage randomly ( Fire cold electric toxin )

The basic idea is that you can steal abilities from other Warframes.

-Balancing: 
You only can steal Abilities from Primeframes.

The Broken Warframe can only take one Ability per Warframe.

After the Broken Warframe takes a Ability, the Primeframe gets reset to Level 0.

Abilities like Mesa's Peacemaker or Valkyr's Hysteria can't be taken due to them using a Weapon of some sorts .

A Ability cant be swaped on a diffrent Key, so Mirage's Hall of Mirrors can't be on the Key bindings 2, 3 or 4.

The Stolen Abilities aren't as good as the Original ones, so the Broken Warframe only has the half of the  Protection from Rhino's Iron Skin with the same Build. (The "Efficency" could get boosted through a Augment maybe.)

The only way to get rid of the stolen Abilities is to completely reset the Broken Warframe.

When i think broken i don't necesarly think he is all glitchy and does weird game manipulating things for me it's more of a effort to keep himself held together and working so per say the frame tries return itself to former unfinished glory after being a discarted idea halfway thru the making.

If there is a quest assosiated with it it could be a infiltration of a orokin structure like a labolatory which would include a target capture/interigation, spy vaults, and a boss battle or orokin lab break out

 

Passive: Incorrect flow - The frame leaks energy due to inproper and incorrect energy core instalation, depending on how much energy the frame has the more said leak will increase (it could start right from the get go as soon the frame has energy or it could strat from a certain % threshold. The second part of this passive is that the more energy the frame has the better it's stats get (abilities wise) starting from 0% at no energy leak going all the way up to (for example) 25% at max energy so the maitanence of high energy is rewarded

 

1st ability: Maintnance - whenever used the frame will attempt self reapirs putting some of it's parts back together which would reduce the energy leak, increase hp,armor,speed it could be either a good chanelled ability or duration based with perhaps 30s duration

 

2nd ability: Code debugging - after using the frame would run a diagnostic rutine on itself and allies incressing the power of all (less stat increeses) or a random ability (a bigger increese) after the cast a side effect of this ability could be that any other faction's robotics that isnt tenno also get influenced in a way that they cant run nor process the code and either combust in flames, turn on allies or get opened for finishers

 

3rd ability: Blueprint - When cast on a ally it would either allow you to select a ability of the targeted frame, grab a random one or the last used one before adding it as a sub ability to the "Blueprint" (for claryfication it would work in a way where you grab a ability and you have to hold the button to cast the taken one like the augments work "Freeze force" for example i assume that would prevent bugs) if there are no allies (since you could be running solo) you could steal abilities from enemies like ground slams, summoning units or objects. The ability in store would last a minute 

 

4rd ability Complete design - once used the frame snaps all of its parts back into proper place making the outer shell complete, the energy leak is turned off and the ability becomes chanelled stats could further increese and the frame could recieve a exhalted weapon of some sort or perhaps it gets a damaging aura around it even it could comand something like lasers, basically when it uses the final ability the frame becomes something it always wanted to be a force to be reckoned with a perfect orokin design, depending how much power that final form gets some ristrictions would be needed. When the ability is deactivated the parts go loose again and the ability ends, if the button is held the frame could explode in a voilent burst of remaining energy doing dmg and dealing some effects (dmg scaling with energy of course)

I've attempted to design something that will make use of some already existing systems/ideas without needing to make complex additional systems. The passive would basically work like Limbo's in its activation. Besides that most of the abilities are fairly simple and I'm also hoping that this idea of separating can piggyback off of systems like the operator and umbra as well.

Being a "broken" warframe felt like an opportunity to create a frame with some strange unique properties. The way that its assembled from scraps, held together by void energy made me want it to be something that even in play would incorporate feeling as if you are in control of something dysfunctional, yet powerful because of that fact.

I would conceptualize this as a kind of "Stealth-Gara", and a frame that's very capable in many scenarios.

I'm putting a lot of personal interests in here. I would love to see more stealth frames, especially if stealth could be approached a bit differently than a channeled ability or a duration one. I would also really enjoy an exalted sniper.

PASSIVE - Ghost
Perform a Roll to leave your warframe behind, becoming a body of pure void energy. Roll again to dissipate, returning to the warframe.

EFFECTS OF BEING SEPARATED
  GHOST
    Relies on warframe shields to remain active.
       If warframe shields deplete, you are forced back into the warframe.
    not seen or targeted by enemies
    Can only use its exalted weapon
    Can interact with consoles to hack.
    Does get detected by security barriers.
    Cannot pick up mission objects (Like Disruption keys etc)
    Moves like a regular frame, can bullet jump, same movement speed.
    Ghost will dissipate if it leaves affinity range of the Frame.

  FRAME
    All damage is halved.
    Stationary, slumped on the ground.
    Still targeted as if it was a regular warframe.
    Taking shield damage will slowly regenerate energy.

 

EXALTED SNIPER - String
"This precise weapon appears to be part of the ghosts energy tendrils growing from its body. collecting into a fine point."
Single shot, regenerating ammo acting like a bolt-action reload.
shots drain energy
damage bonus that increases if you wait between shots while aiming.
1.5x zoom - 6sec +100% damage
3.5x zoom - 4.5sec +120% damage
8x   zoom - 3sec +140% damage

1. Chain
  Cast a damaging beam of energy at the Target.
  Beam chains up to 6 additional enemies within range of original target.
  Dealing Heat damage with an Electricity Proc.
IF SEPARATED
  Casts a damaging beam of energy from the warframe to the ghost.
  Chains to any enemies between the warframe and the ghost.
  Dealing Heat damage with an Electricity Proc.

2. Weave
  Enemies within 12m are slowed by 20%
  5 second duration (affected by ability duration)  
IF SEPARATED
  Enemies within 12m of FRAME are slowed by 20%
  Ghost is unable to be detected by security barriers.
  5 second duration (affected by ability duration)  

3. Step
  Teleports WARFRAME to target ally within 30m (affected by ability range)
  Target ally becomes invisible for 10 seconds (affected by ability duration)
  Causes a 5m radius of knockdown at the starting and target points.
IF SEPARATED
  FRAME is teleported to the location of the GHOST
  Ghost dissipates, returning into the frame.
  Causes a 5m radius of knockdown at the starting and target points.

4. Convulsion
  Draws attention of enemies within 10m (affected by ability range)  
  When hit the damage taken is released as a pulse of energy over 10m damaging all targets in range. (affected by ability range)
  Damage returned 1.1x (affected by ability strength)  
  Enemies damaging WARFRAME receive an Electricity Proc.
  25 second duration. (affected by ability duration)  
IF SEPARATED
  FRAME Draws attention of enemies within 25m (affected by ability range)  
  When hit the damage taken is released as a pulse of energy over 20m damaging all targets in range. (affected by ability range)
  Damage taken is converted to energy with an efficiency of 30% (affected by ability strength) (stacks with passive)
  Damage returned 1.5x (affected by ability strength)

Shock wave transformer 

 

Passive: When at 10% HP, mini explosives pop out to damage surrounding enemies.

1 Ability-Her arm turns into a flak cannon for [15] seconds.

2 Ability -A missile barrage comes from her shoulder.

3 Ability - A robot comes out of her chest to aid her. 

4 Ability- A BIG metal worm is in her control.

Due to the frame having three main colors and designs, I'd say the broken frame has different types of attacks.

The white (in the design) part should bring the strength ability of the frame, due to those parts having "armor" looks. Which should make ability 1st a shoulder charge (due to the shoulder peice). I'd say put impact onto it. 130 at base, then 260, and by glorious rank 30–390 impact!

The red (again, of original design) parts should bring in the technology ability of the frame, due to the look. 2nd ability should be the frame shooting four small missiles from the gaunlet that do blast damage. 200–300–460! To stay with the broken theme, they may malfunction and go off target or even lose damage.

The most interesting and hardest idea to come up with was the deep blue. I'd say that would be a buff ability. It'd buff a random stat on each equipped weapon. The thing is, you don't know what it is, and it has to be applied to be buffed.

Now for the fourth ability! I had fun being creative with this one and I think it should be when the frame breaks. The roots in the frame expand out and the frame can blast away enemies with pure void energy. This ties with the passive!

Passive: As abilities are being used, they lose effectiveness (at most 50%), and gain resistance to damage. The fourth ability resets this effect.

Passive - When in Tenno Form, dealing void damage heals (Broken Warframe Name)

1. Disposition - Leaves behind a part of the warframe, allowing the warframe to teleport back to the part 

2. Refracture - Causes damage to the warframe to increase and regenerate shields for a short period of time

3. Clot - Sends a ball of void energy that deals damage and reduces speed of enemies with void roots (The stuff all round the joints and such)

4. Transplant - Using the void root joints of the warframe, it extends them out into enemies and leaches health while also disabling the enemy 

Inspiration behind these abilities is the idea of medical issues, disposition of limbs, refracture of a previously fractured bone, blood clot inside the cardiovascular system, and last but not least bodily transplant for ones benefit

My idea for The broken warframe's abilities would be for it to use other warframe's abilities using memories or essences or whatever they'd be called. Maybe ordis has uploaded himself to the frame to help it function and has to use what it knows of existing frames
 

  • So, for example; You'd be able to use any warframe's 1 as your 1, the ability would have to match the slot it fits in, you couldn't use a warframe's 4 as your 1
  • Say you used inaros' 1 as your 1, you wouldn't be able to use another Inaros ability in 2,3,4. I feel like it'd really fit the broken warframe idea well.
  • Same for the passive, you'd be able to use one from another frame

Passive: Enemies within X amount of range to the broken warframe will be paralyzed by the void energy holding the broken warframe together

Ability 1: the broken warframe uses the void energy within him to turn invisible (like the operators void mode) and if he attacks anything then he will lose the invisibility, and the ability will drain X amount of energy per second

Ability 2: once the warframe activates its second ability it will drag it enemies or junk from around him to make tough armor, with each object being used for his full body protection it becomes more compressed and harder to get through, becoming a tough armor to get through made from the enemies surroundings and their fallen comrades

Ability 3: the broken warframe third ability will be similar in the way that it will suck in foes or its surroundings to create something, but instead of thick armor, it would be selectable item, a wall made of whatever it sucked into, a weapon of choice, or a ball of rubble that will decimate what ever enemy is in its destructive path

Ability 4: the broken warframe will unleash its void energy holding it together as a big blast that will stun enemies opening some to finishers and the void tendrils from him will grab nearby enemies bashing them into the ground or against each other until they are dust, and the more this ability is active it will eat up X amount of your energy until you run out and it will take X amount of time for the void that held you back together come back to you and you can finally attack your foes with the fury of void filled warframe

Passive-
Falling apart. Scrap is used to falling apart, enough so that when downed it will slowly piece itself back together again. Instead of giving this a "hitpoint" that can fall off at levels, this ability generates charge slowly while downed (it takes ~75% of a unmodded downed timer to charge) however, Scrap can still be targeted by enemies while downed. Enemies "Dealing damage" to Scrap while down, suspend the charge for a small period of time, enough that sustained fire will cause Scrap to fully "die". Upon fully charging "Falling Apart" Scrap gets back up as if a player had rezzed them.

note - The idea is a passive where "whoops I died" isn't an issue, unless you're surrounded by enemies, as you often are. Players and pets alike (looks at Djinn) can distract enemies to allow this warframe to put itself together again. I even imagine an animation where the parts of their body literally fall apart, and when downed your warframe's only connected with it's head, torso and one of their arms to fire their secondary.

Ability idea 1-
4: Let's start with what I would call Scrap's four; "Skill Swap" by default pressing the button overloads Scrap for a period of time, and then unleashes a large aoe blast centered on the warframe after it's finished. This skill ramps up in damage over time, so longer duration and more power strength both equate to a more damaging blast, Range changes it's base range, and duration allows it to scale from there, akin to Nova's Molecular Prime ability. This ability can be pressed again, and set off prematurely. However, that's not all the ability does. A reticle appears over nearby allies, and holding four will "Sync" Scrap with the one in your cursor. On it's own that does nothing. The idea however is this warframe is filled with so many odds and ends, it has a part of every warframe in it. As such, using your 4 after "Syncing" will allow Scrap to utilize one of that warframe's most powerful moves. Each one hand picked to assure a good cost ratio. as pressing four to "imitate" Inaros's press 4 would be useless without the hold 4 part. Related; Holding the ability while NOT on an ally will "Desync" Scrap, allowing it to use it's own moves again.

Passive Ability: This warframe, due to it's unique structure, has much more modification capacity compared to other warframes. Broken warframe posesses 4 additional mod slots, but these slots are for ABILITIES ONLY (remember the old ability system, when we could use the warframe ability only when we had corresponding ability mod equipped. Or the current railjack ability system, where we can use it's abilities only after equipping certain avionics).

Warframe itself has no abilities on his own. Instead he gets the abilities depend on ability mods he had installed. These can be abilities of mostly any warframe in game. For example - you can take Mach Rush from Gauss, Invisibility from Loki, Vex Armor from Chroma and Blessing from Trinity.

Basic stats of the warframe also can vary, based on ability mods installed.

There are some restrictions, of course:
1) Some abilities, which are tied intrinsically to certain warframes, such as rift-controlling abilities of Limbo, or mutation-based abilities of Nidus cannot be installed, or will have different effect and/or mechanics.

2) Abilities can only be installed in a slot, which has maching energy consumption. You can't just install 4 ultimate abilities, like Miasma, Radial Disarm, Blessing and Rhino Stomp at the same time. Slot 1 is for abilities that occupies slot 1 on original frame - such as Loki's Decoy, or Saryn's Spores. The same goes for slot 2,3 and 4.

So this is basically the concept of the modular warframe.

Passive: Melee attacks gain extra range from the tendrils extending from the joint of the arm.

First ability: (name pending) A whip sort of ability, can hit multiple times at once, whip extends from the wrist and moves in a sort of back hand slap movement. Deals slash damage. Strength depends on power strength. 

Second ability: (Submit) Focuses on a sole target and circles them with tendrils, from there, frame has the ability to turn the target into a sort of copy of the broken frame using parts of the original frame. The "mimic" clone attacks enemies with the whip ability. Can do this a total of 3 times at once, and the mimics rely on duration to stay alive. Duration depends on the mods applied to the frame.

Third ability: (Name pending) Frame extends tendrils from arm out into an ally, and buffs them with a sort of bonus damage on their weapons. Strength of buff depends on power strength, and the buff acts like a battery. The buff does not go away until the ally uses it in attacks, melee or bullets. Charge of said battery has the capacity extended based on power strength. 

Forth ability: (name also pending) Hands transforms into 4 tendrils each, and frame savagely whips them around at enemy. Power strength affects strength of the tendrils, and range can be extended with mods. Is exalted weapon and can be modded.

This frame's design makes me think that the void energy itself makes up the frame's consciousness, and not the frame parts themselves. As such, the frame would have a very flexible, modular ability layout, being able to siphon enemies' power and use it to augment allies and the frame itself.

Ability 1 - Decimation - The frame launches out tendrils of void energy to surrounding enemies, staggering them and draining either armor, shields, or health from Grineer, Corpus, and Infested respectively. The absorbed values are counted in a separate meter for each defense type on the HUD. This ability would be charged like Ember's Fireball, with longer charge yielding a larger radius of effect and more damage. The ability would follow a similar extend-and-recall pattern to Hildryn's 2nd ability.

Ability 2 - Augmentation - Using the defenses absorbed from Decimate, the Frame can cycle through the types and add the value from the meter to an ally's respective defensive stat for the rest of the mission, including the frame itself. For example, the frame could absorb armor from Grineer and add that armor to a squishier ally, or increase its own health value by siphoning health from Infested then consuming its health meter, and even perhaps giving an allied Inaros his first taste of shields.

Ability 3 - Corruption - The frame drops its parts and the void energy within launches into a targeted enemy. This enemy becomes panicked and begins emitting pulses of void damage which scale based on the enemy's primary defense type. Allies within the range of the pulses would have their respective defense type increased by a small amount with each pulse. This ability would cost a small amount of energy on cast and drain while the enemy is under its effect. When the ability is cancelled, the frame parts are recalled to the enemy, shredding it for the total damage dealt during the ability's duration while the void energy assimilates within the frame parts.

Ability 4 - Reconstruction - Definitely the most unrealistic ability among these, but hear me out. When this ability is cast on an ally, the broken frame uses its stored health, armor, and shields to reconstruct itself as the ally's frame, complete with Warframe mods, arcanes, and cosmetics. The duration of this transformation would appear as a status indicator while the broken frame can use any ability of the ally's frame. For "balance," the frame would be unable to gain energy in this state and is limited in casting to the total energy of the ally's frame. Once the duration is gone, the broken frame sheds the ally's parts and returns to its original state. For solo players, the ability could apply to a Specter ally that they bring along for the mission.

Passive - Culmination - Since the frame's consciousness is actually the void energy (for my interpretation), rather then dying when health reaches zero the frame drops its parts and the internal void energy sinks into the ground. If the frame had enough health, armor, or shields in its meters to make up its total HP value (health + shields), the frame then slowly reconstructs itself from the ground up from that meter's resource. If not, then the frame becomes open to a standard revive.
