Does anyone know if the losing Affinity bug with Necramechs have been fixed yet?

I havent tried leveling up my Bonewidow again since losing 28 lvls after a host migration, but as its the last damn thing to get completion I am wondering if the losing affinity bug has been fixed by DE yet?  I dont really want to go through ranking it up 4 more times solo as its a pain in the butt..

As far as I know this issue is still not resolved. Unless I'm mistaken they are planning to implement a fix for this with the Lavos update.

The thing is, it's not just a single bug as often.

For instance a bug about xp loss after host migration was fixed, except it still happens sometimes.
There's also the bug where you don't have mods on your mech weapon after host migration, which only affects affinity indirectly.

All things considered, you should xp your mech only if you're having fun with it right now, which I did. Else, you'll have a much smoother experience if you wait.

Client always at risk of host migration bugs because the success of the migration depends on the host and new host hardware and connection quality. If you want to be absolutely safe ALWAYS BE THE HOST.

I personally have not had issues with leveling them in Orb Vallis. I do however make sure it does not die just in case. So I would go in and if it gets to much just quickly exit it again and make like Monty Python and "Run away" in archwing then exit.

Nope, it wasn't fixed. And you maintain your Necramech exp if it's destroyed.
