(PSN)haphazardlynamed
How'd that thing even get in there? There's stairs on either end of the room and the only way in or out of the tile was crawling through air ducts... It's like that classic College Prank where you steal the Dean's car, disassemble it, and rebuild it in his office.
Laveillon
There is a huge elevator at the back of the 'room'.
0_The_F00l
Those are mining machines , pretty sure they mined their way there. Or maybe a couple of helions carried them. The latge hangar also has elevators.
(PSN)Lollybomb
I still like the one time I did one of those missions, and one of the machines self destructed. Mission started at 0/3 as normal, then before we got to the first one changed to 1/3. Maybe it had bored into an unstable tunnel and got crushed in a collapse. Leviathis_Krade
one time the mission bugged out and said I had to destroy 98 mining drills, b/c lotus decided it was an extermination mission after I broke all 4 in quick succession.
(PSN)robotwars7
what perplexes me is why these clearly massive armored mining machines are so fragile: literally one pistol round turns them into a smoldering wreck... it makes the missions fast, sure, but something designed to eat rocks 24/7 shouldn't be at risk from a light breeze.
