dizzy_987
I recently build the cipher x100 blueprint in my clan. When I came to use this blueprint in the foundry the key credit cost was 90,000 for the 100 however if I made 100 keys individually they would cost 10,000. The pricing seems a little off. NinjaZeku
There is a discrepancy here, but it already starts at the 10x Cipher BP, which demands 9k Credits compared to the 100 for 1x Cipher. inb4 1x Cipher cost getting fixed to 1k Credits lol
(XBOX)Rez090
The build costs are off too. Single cypher uses salvage yet the 100x uses nano spores. Don't really know why this is.
(NSW)BalticBarbarian
I think for x10 ciphers they just copied the costs from the x10 large energy/health/ammo pizzas - and then just scaled them all up from there. In any case, I suspect the x100 blueprints are aimed at players long past the point of their playthrough when you still care about 90K credits. Those blueprints are meant for you to save time, not resources
Hobie-wan
Yes, the point is convenience. You'll get to the point that making the 100x recipes is nothing to you and crafting up 1000 pizzas while you're sitting in chat doesn't make a dent in your resources. kgabor
It makes sense now, because you can just get that amount from a single short Arbitration run+the first mission bonus/afk-ing for a Relay Credit Booster. When this was a new thing, credits were a little harder to get in such a short amount of time. 100x ciphers are basically enough for a year or more if you don't waste them for the trivially easy and quickly solvable puzzles. Schwitzer
I suppose you could sit there building 100 ciphers one at a time, or you could run a couple of missions and get the resources to drop a 100x build in one hit instead. Call it a convenience tax.
