If you just want a working AW weapon you can get a Corvas Prime. Go for Necramech weapons only if you want the MR.

Are you sure?  What is your source?  The official drop tables (search for "Arcana Isolation Vault") lists a 3% for "Stage 4 of 5" and a 6% for "Final Stage".  Not sure what causes 4 or 5 stages, however.

The drop tables list shorter bounties weirdly - they always list 5 stages, even for the low level bounties that only have 3. I guess it's something to do with how the data is setup internally, but it's still weird and hard to read.

 

Arcana bounties have only 4 stages, so the relevant bits are "stage 1", "stage 2", "stage 3 of 4" and "Final stage". So there is only the 6% chance on the final stage, with the chance to roll twice from getting all the bonuses.

Then how do you explain the two entries highlighted above?

Are you sure about that?  Or perhaps you get a drop from "Stage 4 of 5" for the 4th stage if you complete all bonuses (so completing all bonuses only slightly increases instead of doubles the odds of getting a Damaged Weapon part)?  I've never counted how many stages I go through for each Arcana bounty, so I cannot confirm or refute the claim that there is always 4 stages you need to complete.  I will take your word for it if you have been keeping count, though.

If you have a Screen Shot of the Weapon Part Dropping on Any other Stage (Be it 1-3 or 5 which Doesn't Exist) then I'd like to see it... 🧐.

Not convinced.  Nothing personal, but I trust the official drop tables over your claim.  I'm long done with that grind, and didn't take screenshots.  So I guess we'll just have to wait until they release more Necramech guns and I head back again.

I just Showed You the Official Drop Tables.... There's no Damaged Weapon Drops from Stage 1-3....  But there is one from 4-5..... 

All you have to do is play 1 Single Arcana Bounty to see that there is no Stage 5.... Are you afraid that your Memory is wrong ? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good news for you. You can buy and trade these parts. I did. Many did. No one gets all these parts easy and trading is sometimes your best way of getting things fast.
