How do I get rid of blueprints that I don't need duplicates of and cannot sell?

best bet is to make a support ticket

but emphasize that this is Not a Trivial matter for you but that you actually have an OCD Disability and the excess blueprints are a trigger for you.

I like having my large pile, shows me how many I have done over the years.

Who really cares though, we end up with a lot of duplicate stuff in the game and unless DE gives us the option to sell for credits, unless you need a quick fix they aren't really worth it, seeing you've been playing since 2013 you should be rolling in lots of stuff.

Those blueprints you cannot sell or delete are usually of the type that could lead to players sending support tickets as soon as those players notice they just deleted their last blueprint of that type and now need it.
