Meaning it gives movement speed to allies and still gives the lifesteal but drains energy per ally. Or do something like give gloom an augment that does this. And since Reb is a Ghost fan iirc that could very well happen. edit: Can we plox has exalted skill called Square Hammer aswell in that case?
