But I wouldn't be surprised if it came out either later this week, sometime next week, or some time a week or two after that. Any more time and I am gonna get sad and mad. Unless DE decides to skip an update again (which means a faster U14) or they delay it. Nothing stopping DE from going past 13.10 if that's what you're assuming. I got some Plat over from the Prime Accuse I got and such so I'm saving that for anything ship or them dog things related.
