Kartumterek
the Tenno dependency must be broken in order for our fledglings to learn how to stand on their own two feet. Crush those rails totally and utterly

Kartumterek
every Tenno that does not want to be trampled under the Grineer foot can choose to leave now. Joocyfroot
Didn't watch the devstream, but are they nerfing Sechura and adding even more grind to one of the grindiest game to ever exist?
Kartumterek
in hindsight it may be related to the Vors prize (newbie quests) but im still hoping its the Grineer raping the Dark Sectors Pluto is the perfect example of Dark Sectors failing

Augmenatus
I fail to see how it isnt working, they pay us to play there and ask nothing in return, it doesnt hurt the devs that we can make easy money there it only hurts those in the alliance. why would they and how could they nerf it? vaugahn
Apparently the plat is too easy. :3 Wait you can make plat there? I was just there 10 minutes ago and I didn't see any plat, this is news to me
CaptainJohnson
Who said anything about a nerf? The only mention of Pluto was in the video with Vor at the end of the Devstream, and that spoke more to the fact that planets like Pluto have been largely ignored, despite the fact that they're a large part of the game's lore (ie: shenanigans with Terminus). It has nothing to do with the solar rails or Sechura, which will remain as they are. This thread has the worst miscommunication that I've seen in a good long while. spacedkadet
In the devstream 2 weeks ago they talked about sechura being an issue with people getting to many credits. At the end of the stream this week they showed a video of vor being told by the queens to take the rails of pluto as he owns them now. we shall see what this means :)

That's just 1 mod, so lets say you wan to do that twice, Vitality and Redirection. 87 Sechura runs required to make 2 million credits Which in turn is 870 minutes farming Sechura. Which in turn is 14.5 hours farming to get only the credits required to get 2 mods maxed. You still need fusion fodder (which is prety easy now with the generous fusion core drops in t4 survival. The devs should be happy that people are actually willing to play the same crappy 5 waves over and over again just to get precious credits. There's no sense at all in trying to reduce the income potential of Sechura. The game needs more avenues to reduce the grind not less. [DE]Momaw
Pluto is the perfect example of Dark Sectors failing Kinda sorta? Though as DE keeps telling us, the existing dark sectors mechanic is basically just a placeholder for the far more involved stuff coming down the pipe. The only mention of Pluto was in the video with Vor at the end of the Devstream Notice how Vor is not cut in half and manically wielding a flaming void key? Yeah. That video is in "the past" to support the new player experience. Ya'll need to chillax.
(PSN)Hooligonzo
The Dark Sectors are only "too easy" because they're copy-and-pasted from other missions. They need their own missions. They need their own rules. They need their own Tile Sets, filled with mean terrain where nowhere is safe, choke-points are in very short supply, and the enemy has the high ground. We need lone outposts, derelicts, overrun mines. Places that were abandoned. Places that were lost.
