I use the valkyr noble stance on Nova and the bump/paunch goes becomes a flat stomach, but her back isn't arched nearly as much either. In short... Nova has bad posture. He isn't even fat, he's just barrel-bodied with spindly limbs, long neck and thick thighs. Quite anatomically accurate.
