I saw it on steam forever ago, but it didn't look like it was ever going to be finished and I lost interest in it. Too bad about the modding thing. GTA V is the latest Grand Theft Auto, a series defined on PC by its modding. The fourth game still has a very active modding community, but RS is very against it for the fifth game for some strange reason. this isnt the gtav forums its the warframe forums This is the Off Topic forum. Did they look at the old GTA that still live on because of mod and thought: "mhm, I dont think our game has the right to live this long, lets make it something people will turn down soon." Players could potentially modify the game in such a way that they no longer need microtransactions to afford the absurdly expensive multiplayer items.But still, to ban modding in a series that became famous for its mods... Come to think about it, it is a bit like Singapore's Speakers' Corner. One can speak his/her mind, but then get escorted away by men if what one says is controversial relative to the government. It is just around 60 years since the end of WWII, most people around the world make jokes on Nazis, and still laugh, so I am not so sure how is posting a Nazi joke not "within reason".
