Current polarity system needs a 5th, but my suggested revamp would mean it still only needs 4. Plus it adds more build variety. Haven't been keeping up with Devstreams, so they may have mentioned it. So if you are MR 20, your gear will start at Lvl 20. And when you forma it. Which would cut lvling time and farming time down drastically. Also, I just think of what that will be like at MR30. Being able to fully forma gear without having to level it. As their reasoning for it, is at that point, you should be able to do whatever you want with it, being a "weapons master" and all.
