For me, I'd check the suspicious email against the address and IP of official Warframe mail I've gotten in the past (which was sent to the email account used to create my Warframe account). Upon inspecting the email you'll see all the links lead through the url trk.cp20.com, this is a click/response monitoring website of which Digital Extremes seem to of contracted out to to provide all their click statistics from the email. I went through the site links (didn't bother with email) and got my Catalyst that month. Good intentions (!), but please, no more DO NOT OPEN emails in future, DE.
