Is there any ways to make my warframe runs faster?

My pc specs :

Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz

RAM: 4Gb

System type: 64bit operating system

DirectX version: DirectX10

Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics

if u mean as in pc run it faster then if its a desktop pc then a dedicated video card will help lots

That's likely your problem right there.

Intel graphics chipsets are, let's just say not the best for gaming.

Is that integrated graphics? You're not going to get much out of that. You need a better GPU. Your CPU is pretty old too, but it should do the job.

Basically, upgrade. If you have the settings on low, there's not much else you can do.

As others have said though, Integrated Graphics is to game-playing as a unicycle is to transport. It can DO it, but it can't do it WELL.

Integrated graphic card is what stoping you in your tracks. Those cards are not fit for gaming, and im sure you are not using the newest one.

I have the same specs (only I have Intel HD 4000) and only lagged a lot after using Nidus.

I3s are outdated, and integrated graphics are garbo

If it's a laptop you're out of luck, if it's a desktop buying a dedicated graphics card would help.

I'm running 60 fps steady with my old Phenom 1055t and gtx770 don't think any i3 is that much worst.

ditch the cpu and gpu, if your on a laptop the im afraid its reached its max potential. Had to ditch my laptop because it couldn't run warframe anymore, £600 later got a basic gaming pc, now running warframe on high very smoothly amd 4300 and 750ti

It should be a desktop.

Though the easiest fix is to get a dedicated GPU. There are some tweaks you can do to try and get a little more from an integrated GPU.

Most important is to make sure the driver is up to date.

Under the Intel Graphics Control Panel make sure your 3D settings are set to performance. You'll need to be in advanced mode to do this. It will have lower quality Textures but you'll gain FPS. Also make sure under Power you're set  to Performance.

Make sure you're PC is set to performance mode under Control Panel, Power Options.

There are some other small tweaks since integrated graphics do use a bit of CPU power like setting your virtual memory to x3 your RAM size, Defrag your HD, Disable Windows Defender and other background processes. You can also make sure your in-game Shadows setting is at a minimum.
