Does it really matter what frame we use if 'end game' is fashion frame?

Yes, unless your Hydroid is pink with pink energy color and spams Tentacles Swarm.

If you want to play the "mid" game it matters. But if you care so much about the opinion of others instead of your own skill you'll be stuck to very few frames.

Just get everything to try them all and follow your tastes.

As long as you don't troll, slow down the mission or constantly need to be revived, I don't care what frame you bring.

All frames are good for something and if your own player skill is good enough the frame doesn't even matter. Also refer to Maverick's post.

Every frame can indeed be useful, Hydroid can increase loot drops and lock down specific areas, i would highly recommend quick thinking and primed flow so as not to get oneshot by napalm aoe's and such, tho.

If Fashion frame is your end game; then it doesn't really matter.

But there's more options than just fashion for end-game.

In terms of gameplay, the important thing is that you can complete the mission. If you can do that, it doesn't matter at all what you bring to that mission.

Since eight Hydroids can complete the Law of Retribution, I think you're absolutely fine bringing the pirate frame into the endgame.

His augment makes him pretty viable to kill pretty much anything, however he doesn't have much when it comes to survability, you'll just need to find a way not to die basically and nobody will complain since you destroy enemies armor in a wide area in a matter of seconds.

Yes, because some frames are better than others. For example, AtlASS is the worst frame in the game both in terms of his powers and looks. AtlASS cannot survive endgame.
