Not much to discuss, you already wrote why it would be a good idea.

Lenses should be dropped from sorties and go to Lua as a reward in endless rotations and found in caches. That's the only change I want.

I knew about upgrading mods but it took me some time to realize the little dots at the bottom show the current mod level.

It doesn't matter. Regardless of how similar or small they might be, the game doesn't inform us there are any multipliers or effects at all.

Looks great. Even if you don't finish it in time, there is always the next round. I would definitely like to see it in game.

Aww yes. This is something I would really like to see in Warframe and I hope the devs are considering a city landscape sometime after Plains of Eidolon.

Junctions were created so people can actually learn what's what in this game, rather than mindlessly steamroll through nodes without any aim or idea what to do. If you can't be bothered to complete rather easy challenges then maybe quitting is the way to go.

The OP might be referring to changes to shotguns that occurred sometime last year, when they changed the way damage falloff works.

It seems his thurible is always on the model, only invisible. You can also see it when channeling.

I don't like your idea for passive. I'd prefer some sort of built-in Rage; since receiving damage makes Chroma more powerful it can as well restore some of his energy.
Fire Elemental Ward could also regenerate his health instead of providing some flat amount of it as it is now.

So basically Oberon Prime's neck stays more or less static when the head moves, which makes it look off. Visible only with helmets other than default, since the default one fully covers the neck. Attached is a picture with example.

This reminds me:
