  2. True. I agree that resource sinks are necessary, but one can argue that too big a cost might be counterproductive. High requirements, like 30k Cryotic to build Sibear seem somewhat extreme. If resource sinks are needed, I think it would be better to introduce a few smaller sinks, rather than one big. The effect will be the same - players will get rid of piling resources, but the feeling that crafting requirements are too high will not be present. I think giving players a bigger choice will make them happier.

  3. I think the problem is not with crafting requirements, but with how some materials are aquired. I have no problem with things being rare or hard to get, but sometimes this hard to get turns into tedious and redundant.

In the case of Cryotic and Oxium, the materials are distributed quite poorly. Oxium drops relialably only from one unit that usually self-destructs without dropping it. Cryotic is less of a problem, because you have excavation missions, but getting it is still inconvenient. It should at least drop in bigger quantities at higher level excavation missions.

If crafting requirements are going to increase, we need to have increased and reliable resource drops.

Which is problematic as balls, considering that we can build and discard Warframes at will.

That's why I believe it is more of a puppet/puppeteer relationship. Warframes are alive, but don't necessarily have their own minds.

As long as all the voice packs fit into what I'm saying about the lines being used sparingly and having an actual PURPOSE rather than just existing, I think it would make a good addition to the game.

I think it was mentioned during one of the devstreams that they are planning to rework the operator lines. Right now I like very few of them, the rest is just too cheesy to fit the game. Things like 'Archwing deployed', or 'That hurt' are fine, but some others... urgh.

    Update:

Unless it is some kind of lore hint cleverly prepared by the devs, the operators shouldn't talk in a way suggesting they are talking to somebody else, like 'Let's go'. It makes little sense, especially when you play solo.
