Switch is it's own economy, any plat you have on switch is only visible/useable while on switch, and any plat on other platforms doesn't show on switch.

Same here, I have no problem with the concept of not merging both migration accounts cause that makes sense, but locking out both accounts instead of just 1 is a major pain, allow us to choose 1 of the 2 accounts to delete so that we can merge the rest of our accounts would be amazing, Too much work into PS and PC to throw one of them away all because I tried switch once and didn't want to start from scratch so did a migration but care for it and never played again. -
Same here, just have us delete one of the 2 accounts so we can merge the rest, I tried the switch but never played it again, put allot of time and money into PS and PC.

Same here, I just wanted to try the switch version without starting over, didn't care for it and there was no indication it would screw us in the future, didn't like the switch version and never played it again, but I have tons of time and money into PS and PC but cannot merge them due to PC and the copy from a migration both being locked out, it's really killing my interest in playing the game when I'm basically getting screwed out of hundred of hours and hundreds of dollars spent on my PS and PC accounts. Technically it's probably a total of over 3k hrs on both accounts and probably a couple thousand dollars from prime accesses and tennogen and plat over the last decade.

All they did was reference the merger FAQ then locked it, The FAQ mentions migrations not being able to merge, but we all thought it implied the copy, not the source which is stupid to lock out both, we should have to option of deleting one to re-enable merger for us, so people who just tried switch would be able to delete the account and then be able to merge their PC account with others or viceversa if they put more work into the migrated account and would delete the source so they can merge with other platforms.

Same here, have over 1k hrs each on PS and PC and spend lots of money on prime accesses on both over the years, but due to just wanting to try out switch I get screwed on merging PC and PS, completely killed my desire to play again, and was working on getting some friends to play again......

Yeah, it's just really frustrating that they nullify the source account along with the copy, I don't care about the copy to switch, I don't play it, just tried it on the switch and didn't care for it, and all because of that I can't merge my MR30 PC with my MR26 PSN, I have spent allot of money on PSN and then on PC only to feel screwed out of this for that stupid switch migration.

Some of us don't care about the copy, I just did it to try switch, but because of that I cannot merge my PS and PC accounts all because of 1 migration to switch. Something that was never implied to be a restriction, let alone a double edged restriction since it negates the source of the migrations and the copy, I don't care about the copy, I'd be fine with just linking my switch, thus deleting anything I had done on switch, to everything once I merge PS and PC but can't.

What bugs me most is I don't care about my switch account, it's the only migration I did and I'm fine with never using it again or just linking it, but the fact that I cannot merge my PS and PC has suddenly put a major dent in my excitement to start playing again.

Been looking forward to this only to get screwed because I decided to try out switch once, I don't care about switch, why the heck does it negate the base account, the copy should only be able to be linked as to not duplicate purchases etc, but locking us out of something some of us have waited years for is cruel..... I have things on PS that I don't have on PC and vice versa.....
