  1. The idea is that if you subsume a character (e.g. Sevagoth), along with learning their ability you get their special roll that's equippable in the Appearence section of your Warframe. It's not really necessary or anything, i just think it would be kinda cool to use Gyre's roll on Vauban or Sevagoth's roll on Nekros.
  2. After asking multiple questions in Alliance chat, Region Chat, and Q&A chat over the past couple days, i've compiled a bit of different answers based on Companions. I will keep the users anonymous for privacy reasons, and every paragraph is a recorded answer from a player. Sentinels: "I love sentinels and all, but i hate it when i have to run a mission solo because it died. There's a bandaid called not using a weapon, but the whole point of a Sentinel is to back you up in missions, and i get some like Helios and the Oxylus don't need to attack, and Djinn is immortal, but they are still just really impractical for most late game stuff." MOA's: "Moas are really underated and fun to use, but are just useless compared to Panzer, and i hate Panzer, but it's the only sustainable thing in late game. It's aggrevating how my aunt i memorialized as a MOA, is completely useless compared to a * stupid * cat. * Vulps." Kubrow/Chargers: "I hate how Kubrows and chargers are terrible but some * cat isn't. Don't get me wrong, i love my smeeta but i'd rather use one of my dogs. But i can't because the developers are braindead and won't fix the * elephant in the room. Either buff them, or Nerf Kavats and Vulps. Hell, just * remove Vulps entirely." Vulps: "Imo, Vulps shouldn't be nerfed but other companions absolutely need to be buffed to the same level. Or at least, increase survivability, or damage or something. Maybe make Kubrows come back stronger when the die, or moas can respawn titanfall style, and crush some enemies or something. I mean, you kinda gotta use your imagination for it, but at least these would bring some attention to them, and the entire game wouldn't just be "vulp vulp vulp" or "smeeta smeeta smeeta". Something like this would be nice to have. Kavats: "Buff the other companions. That's it. Don't nerf Kavats or Vulps, and don't put a bandaid on bad companion design. That's not buffing them, that's just a way to put off work that is actually needed to fix the other companions in the game. And then i can stop worrying about seeing questions like this. I could not get a good or solid answer to Predasite's. I agree with most of the ideas stated in the paragraphs above, in that there absolutely needs to be a companion rework to make the entire companion side of things not about, in quotes, "vulp vulp vulp" or "smeeta smeeta smeeta".
  3. I don't care how long i have to grind, please make a system to allow players to listen to songs like the Somachord. I'd love to listen to Sleeping in the Cold Below while destroying a Crewship. (I guess there's spotify anfd stuff, but those don't feel nearly as cool as an ingame shanty system.)
  4. Why do people hate MOA's and then go "Kavat better" like an idiot? Here's my take on a MOA with the right build. Immortal, 2 shotting Kuva Lich enemies, and adorable. imo kavats are worse than kubrows (i'd rather take a dog into battle than a fuc*ing dumbahh mountain lion.)
  5. I know im replying 4 years late but MOA's are just awesome. Tbh i'd much rather use a MOA than a fuc*in dumba*s cat
  6. Imo, it's getting all the cool/good stuff you want, and coming back for new quests and stuff (e.g. New War).
  7. Imagine going on a nature walk at the Drifter's camp with the lowest Red Veil standing and looking in distance to see thousands of chargers jumping through the hills hunting you down "That lich was child's play, now it's your time tenno"
  8. So i'm a level 2 with Fortuna and trying to get to level 5. The problem is that, with well over 100 3 tier bounties completed, i have gotten 2 medical debt-bonds. 2? Out of over 100 bounties? Are you kidding me DE? Relying on Ticker seems to be the only option, and while trying to buy his medical debt-bonds today, it said "Transaction Failiure!" with a minute left. I don't believe it to be entirely the games fault, as it probably didn't register that i had the right amount of materials because i had just gotten them, but even then, it's still annoying i have to wait for what might be days to get more. I also shouldn't have to rely on complete RNG everyday hoping that he'll be selling them, because they should already be readily available through bounties, and there not. My ideas to fix it are: • Make Ticker sell 5 of each debt-bond at all times. This way, it doesn't entirely rely on RNG and it's still a good way to rank up your standing with SU. If DE is concerned that players will buy them and give them back for standing, then remove the option to do that. •Increase the chances of debt-bond drops. Make it so it's a 50% chance to drop 1 or 2 of the debt-bond related to the bounty, so you'd have a 50% chance to get Medical debt-bonds with every stage of a tier 3 bounty. Don't get me wrong, i really appreciate that DE made Ticker so it was actually possible for anyone to hit rank 5 with SU, without people having to do ungodly grinds, but Ticker and bounties are still heavily-unpolished systems that needs to be fixed. It's either change drop rates or change Ticker.
  9. You've been here for hours exclaiming "It's not a problem for me". You could've said it once, and before you say "Well they kept responding to me so i responded to them!", i have a little quote my grandma told me. "If something or someone making you angry or upset, stop doing that thing or just ignore that person." If you're really getting vexed over the forums, maybe you shouldn't have clicked on in the first place.
  10. Dude, i came here to vent about bad game design, and your over here "well it's not a problem for me". Ok? So? What, your point is that you're an experienced player that know what they're doing? The world doesn't revolve around you. Good for you if you're too good for the game
  11. It is mind-boggolingly how newer players like me are punished so hard for something we didn't know we were getting ourselves into. I've never done higher-level content or liches because i never felt like it was worth my time, so, of course, i stabbed the Kuva Larvling thing because it TOLD ME TO and now i am being punished for SOMETHING THATS NOT MY FAULT. Having the ability to abandon liches or making liches MR20+ Exclusives or something would make the game so much better and i feel that thousands of players are also agreeing with me on this. Hell, just telling us what we're actually getting into with like a pop-up screen is also a good idea. I don't care if i'm losing what the Lich stole just let me abandon it, I don't care about it or it's weapon. What i'm trying to say with this rant is let lower-level players (MR15 and below) opt out of Kuva Liches, when they didn't know what they were getting into.
