(PSN)iPoisonedFlint Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 I’m seeing a whole lot videos and discussions lately with the main topic “We need new content”, and I think everyone can agree on that. But I think everyone is secretly holding on to their cards wishing/thinking Railjack would be the answer to their “new content” prayers. The hype levels for Railjack should be about 35%-40%. Now, In order to fulfill the “We need new content” demand. I feel like DE should start the year off with Events. Events like Phoenix Intercept, yes this event isn’t “NEW” but it’s something the community has been asking for. With that said, don’t release the EXACT SAME Phoenix Intercept from years ago. Warframe then and Warframe now are two different games. It’s needs to be innovated as if four Chromas all with Rubico Primes were playing; cause we all know that’s the meta (rounding my eyes). Next I think DE should take a look at LifeOfRio’s video I like his idea about taking a step back innovating missions like survival, defense, interception, etc and bring mini boss fights to these missions. I don't think that would be in line with DEs intent of creating bite sized content, that everyone can play. I can't tell if you are joking or not. I find myself with a backlog to do, even at MR 26. I still have to find time for all the things you can do, and I pretty much live on this game. This guy speaks nothing but gibberish in 90% of his video and most of that is about some 'button shirt' or something. If you like to waste 30 minutes watching a mot survival with him camping somewhere occasionally throwing a Zenistar disc out that's fine, but don't come to the forums to bait others into watching them as well. Build Warframe 2 with endgame in mind, imo. I think if they continue on the same path as now they are gonna lose all veterans in the game, then its all gonna be focused on the new players. And if so they could just remove the old parts and focus on new, might be a model but not endgame and no consideration for those whoe have put in 1300 hours or more. Everytime I play this game atm and latest being last night, I just do some arbitration and some void fissures and then I walk around in the orbiter and wondering what to do and yea then I trade some and then I look at my equipment I coould master but then I get bored and realize that most of that equipment i need to master sucks anyway and yea, back and forth and back and forth and then i logoff and go play Destiny 2 instead. Im tired of mastering weapons i dont need, where are the solid quests and more storyline in the game? Why cant we play the old war? And yea where is something meaningful? I realized im probably at the roads end with this game but I think DE should listen to the Veterans of the game, I hope they do cause there have been a lot of meaningful conversations about endgame in some youtubers videos, some have been debating about using the dojo more and that we maybe could start in the dojo instead of orbiter. And. What is Orb Vallis anyway? Seems like rushed and have nothing to do with mainstory imo... Its too big and u spend most of the time in the archwing trying to get to a bounty, sigh. I dont enjoy Orb Vallis at all and I am one of those that really liked plains of eidolon, now that was unique and felt closely tied to lore. They used to give clans a purpose and an ultimate challenge to work on. Not just A BIG BOSS that's easy as heck like profit taker but real raid where you have to figure out mechanics and maybe need to use the "holy trinity" - tanks (Nyx 4 with sword and shield?), healers or supports (Trin, Oberon) and DPS (Chroma). A mode where building your frame for specific role to perform in a squad (8 or more players large I hope) instead of all-round-tanky-dps that is today's bread and butter. I've been asking for this ever since trials went under so I hope my favorite devs that I voted for in Steam awards will deliver eventually. I'm patient. I can wait. Warframe 2 would be bad idea for the exact same reason I think Destiny 2 is a bad idea. Bungie made a new game that could easily be just a big paid update for D1. But because they made a new game instead they made ALL the progress and grind irrelevant for the whole community up to that point. Everyone must start over. It's almost like losing over 3000 hour save! I wouldn't bother playing Warframe knowing there will be Warframe 2 in two or three or even five years.
