(XBOX)intelmn312
I know that they can spawn from Nekros' shadow ability, but I don't run nekros. I use other frames. How do you get them to be friendly?

Radiation is not supposed to do that but I think there's a bug that causes ratels to become permanently friendly instead of temporarily confused when they're affected by the proc. It can completely ruin defense missions.
0 Lazarow
You can also use ballistica prime, a fully charged shot summons a friendly ghost of the enemy you killed for a very short time, I use it on spy missions with loki to mess with enemies
0 KnossosTNC
I think it might be a glitch or a bug. When I was running solo Interceptions with Gara, sometimes the Ratel pads would not disappear properly when damaged (I think it happened when they're damaged by my Splinter Storm, but I'm not sure), and instead spawn un-killable Ratels that attacked enemies instead of me. Maybe it could be that, I dunno. It happened frequently enough that I think I could replicate it with a few tries, but not right now or for a while. Chronic insomnia is hell. 0 Aeon94
Nyx , Revenant and Moa's Security Override can make friendly rattels , not sure if there is another way to do that.
0 Reverse830
I think it's possible for Inaros' sand minions to do it as well. If he makes a sand clone of a Corpus Sniper, it will sometimes use the spawner ability. Any Rattels summoned this way are permanently friendly to you. I know this works with Nekros and Revenant/Nyx's mind control.
0 Andvarja
Killing the Sniper before the ratels he spawns (or possibly as he's doing it) also seems to trigger this. I run into this issue a lot with Gara, probably due to splinter storm.
