Umbral streamline sacrifical organ shatter

Warframe have many str mods and range and du mods but the efficiency mods r less an umbral streamline having same stats as umbral intensity can bring huge impact it will require umbral forma means more player playing nightwave even old players will be ready to make full umbral  setup.

On nidus inaros and rhino + everything every frame can enjoy some eff and having the umbral streamline  buff others mods will make as the Excalibur umbra the rightful strongest warframe in game which don't need umbra forma after all just as the stroyline says the strongest warframe + strongest  mele skijati is a good wepon.

But no great it can be great if add umbral organ shatter since organ shatter don't have any prime and normal one is only 90%   many wepon exceed skijati over-all but if it get the sacrifical organ shatter   then he'll yes exceeded any other wepon  since the other wepon needs umbral forma which is only available on nightwave.

There r many umbral builds which don't require umbral forma  adding those 2 mods will stop it it will needed atleast 1 umbral forma to make the umbra build which sounds right adding those 2 mods definitely increase nightwave doing players  there is no primed version of organ shatter or streamline. 

Priming them may make it easy but making them umbral and sacrifical requiring a umbral forma it sounds like the right thing to great power comes with great playtime  hope u like this.    Altho the upcoming quests coming revealing the true power of tenno make it the new quest rewards finding old self true power of  self and umbra as the  sacrifical presssure is not that great rn adding the  sacrifical organ shatter buffing both sac steel and sac pressure will make it strongest to use and it's not easy to get since umbra forma is one of the last rewards in nightwave

it's already extremely easy to have Exalted Blade cost essentially nothing and let you use it for an entire Mission.

Excalibur Umbra is not the strongest frame by any stretch.

The melee Umbra mods are meant as an option. If they are stronger than similar mods, they will be necessary.

Melee damage does not need to increase. Adding and Umbra organ shatterer will be a major damage upgrade to all melee weapons.

Have you tried hunter adrenaline mod? you can even stack if with rage for a whoping 85% energy conversion from damage you receive, you will have so much energy you wont even need efficency. One of these mods are recomended for any excalibro player.

Nidus + Hunter Adrenaline = infinite energy and spamming potential.

In all my time playing I've always had unconventional builds, but it wasn't until recently that I really started digging in and branching out. In all that time I've learned that there are so many options when it comes to energy management.

While yes, I would love an umbral streamline. I feel that it could have the potential to narrow the view when it comes to builds. Most energy management mods are pretty obvious, such as Streamline, Flow, Fleeting Expertise, and so on. You also have other ways going outside your frame and incorporating your companions and such that can be a little more complex, but possible.

I think the biggest thing to learn that can help everyone out is learn your abilities and what's actually necessary. One can create builds that are powerful and effective and not have a large energy pool and/or also have expensive abilities.
