I want to be better

So, I've been playing Warframe for a while now, however, I still think I'm a noob. So I've been taking notes on how to get better and I wanted to get tips on how to get better. I mainly want tips about enemy weaknesses and how to exploit them but any piece of advice is welcome

Yeah i have mine modded with poor men mods i equipped when i was still a rookie. Not maxed elements too.

Used it for everything it works wonders so i never bothered.

Until couple weeks ago when i was building my rj i realized i haven't update it forever. Forma it 4 times, maxed all the mods. Now it's just stupid.

It’d probably be best to focus on the +s and -s for now, @(PSN)DEAD_LOCK55, until you’ve got a feel for the enemies you’ll be facing and what they’re resistant/weak to
