I get from a visual standpoint someone might be annoyed that it appears that a player is on status-fire but that effect is a nice one and its sad that this ephemera is so weak looking compared to all the rest (I'll just not talk about blazing step rn) Anyways.. would be nice if the vengeful flame ephem was just a BIT nicer. Probability what happened is creating a realistic flame effect and making it look like your frame was “on fire” was a complicated from a programming standpoint.
