...ever wonder why Garuda's Seeking Talons was a Damage Over Time since her release?

That sh- is nuts with Blending Talons even on SP, soloed all the way up to wave 9 without firing a single shot.

Citrine + 

Extra damage for nearby enemies affected by status effects

Extra damage on enemies affected by cold

Status effects spread to nearby targets

Status effect damage is doubled

Extra damage while moving

Fractured blast and the gem just start going crazy together!!

^ Basically yeah, problem is getting it all before rotation 4.

With some minor variations such as heal on status effect, or a chance to spread toxin on headshot.

Anything works with those 3 status buffs since they're a solid core to build on.

For duviri it has to be the movement speed , additive critical and melee attack speed on critical , inflicting cold status nearby and damage on movement.

with enough decrees active you can run circles around enemies feeling like flash. It is super fun.

In the undercroft extra damage on headshot , spreading toxin , spreading status and extra damage on status within 20m tends to get ridiculous.

There are some that are good in both instances , like roll for crit , extra fire damage on melee , and heal on status and kills.

I have to say there are very few "bad" decrees , but some are more effective than others depending on the loadout.

it's actually unbelievable how broken the cold decrees are in duviri lmao

cold aura + cold w/ guarateed proc on crit + extra dmg per cold proc = kill thrax centurion in duviri before they even land a single attack

the damage ones are good, but I have a soft spot for "+ movement speed per decree" and + movement speed on cast. having Drifter run way faster than the Kaithe can is hilarious, and proves that Kaithes need to be faster; they VOID horses for christ's sake, they should be much quicker than ordinary meat horses.
