It looks like something made for equinox and doesn't feel like Ivara at all. I would have greatly preferred something like the Jade Sin skin I saw someone post years ago. Garuda's I feel is intentional, since the skin kinda fits the "horror vibe" that she gives off considering she puts the M in Warframe's rating. In fact I really like her prime to begin with anyways, but a second deluxe would be nice depending on what the theme is. Look how long it took Hydroid to get one and his prime released near the end of 2017. Looks like Voruna will get hers in 2028. Loki's Verv skin is pretty good but it's fairly exclusive and obtained outside the game so I think he counts as well. Then it's Banshee, then Zephyr, then Nekros.
