This is Mag Prime's Codex entry from 11 years ago, sadly the idea of Prime Lore faded out, but Im still hoping for a comeback, maybe with a Leverian revival?

Imagine a Prime Leverian, a system merged with Varzia's Prime Resurgence. When you get
the Relics, Grind for, Build and Max a Prime Warframe you get an entry to their Leverian lore

Lore is the Soul of this Game and Primes are the economical fuel, Prime Lore is just a given
The Gauss Prime Trailer proved that giving a personality to a Prime is a successful move

I don't want to grind for lore... I'd rather they just add it to the Codex like they used to.

a successful move, but also one that costs some time and resources, and I reckon DE also base it on which frames they prefer as well. in an ideal world, they' would have added a Leverian entry for every warframe that doesn't have a quest with lore, and they could still do that at a rate of one frame per update (it'd take a while for them to catch up though.).

ideally primes that didn't get a trailer should get one at some point as well, but again, a lot of time and effort goes into these things.

Eh, pipe dream unfortunately. It's one of the inconsistencies of DE. Hell, I would be ok if there was a way to just view the Prime trailers with Balas voice over in game.
