Perhaps actually give a breakdown as to why you feel this way, what you feel works and doesn't work in depth, and how you might go about changing, tweaking or resolving any issues Banshee has. Pretty much where I'm at with her, she has a ton of utilities but that 4 just has not stood the test of time.
