  1. Having finished a synthesis target, please provide a time countdown in the npc ui, rather than, "come back later". I know Simaris is supposed to be annoying, but giving out abstract information is antithetical for a cephalon.
  2. Her abilities, and general function is tight and snappy. She has some of the best cosmetics in the game (if not the best). and, Primed Cakes ))
  3. You know, not getting banned in the first place is actually pretty easy to do: Treat other people with respect. (Pretty Straight forward.) Think twice when you're upset. (Sign off, and cool down.) Keep in mind the TOS. (Running scripts in the background and especially when platinum is involved.) DE, ( Frankly any company ) takes a very dim view of these things, and they are correct to do so.
  4. Take a break. Warframe may feel like a commitment, but it's really not. If Nightwave fomo is a concern, you should know that nearly everything presented in NW will return at a later date. I can't imagine DE locking anything away perm. Re-prioritize, optimize and put warframe at the bottom of the list. If you still can't find time for it, give it the axe. Don't let invested time or income hold you hostage. It's a game. Treat it as such.

  6. The problem is not the ammo cap. I detect an undercurrent of any nerf to any weapon you utilize would be an affront to your sensibilities. The bramma is being used less... and that's a good thing. (If only to annoy Wuclone mains.) (If that is the case, that's two community wins in a row.) >Applause<
  7. I have never really engaged in stance combos. There's just too much going on with the sheer number of enemies onscreen at any one time. Oddly this came into sharp focus yesterday, when on Lua / Circulus. Was playing with Octavia, accompanied with a Wisp. Speed boost aside, the spawn rate was so high I could barely keep up with the pace. There's just not enough time to engage in specific combo techniques other than "aiming at a downed enemy." I know that's not what DE's animators want to hear, but from this user's perspective it is. I just don't have the time to learn every stance combo and technique, much less implement them in the middle of fairly intense combat. Holding the melee key / button just made it worse in this regard. Tennokai and auto melee has made combo techniques effectively useless imo.
  8. Keep seeing some players request letting demolysts through to detonate. How does it work and why? Something about rotations: A A B C.
  9. Wanted to throw out a possible fan fiction concept. Heck even a possible warframe in the future. Of the tenno kids Is it possible for a tenno child to have gone through a yuvan event? In other words an Orokin Tenno.
  10. If there is a crew manifest of the 10-0 we'd have a more precise figure. Though I am of the opinion not every child survived. Judging by the size of the ship and the extent of recreational and event rooms as seen inside, the number of kids are probably quite high. I'd say 2,000 or less. And of that count how many were chosen to become operators? I'm assuming the orokin had standards as to what was acceptable.

  12. As of Friday? Perhaps not. Kinda liked where Pablo was heading with it. Almost like chain reaction damage? Well, if it unfolds that way I'll definitely spend some time with it. As a followup to armor adjustments. I'd love to see armor strip actually have a visual que. Like seeing bits of metal fly off the target with some sfx. Kinda like the T2 scene where Arnold shatters the T1000.

  14. Rework her skin. By far one of the ugliest frames. Those shoes... gawd. Prime helmet is cool tho'.
  15. Braton prime (incarnon if it is available to you.) has exceptional slash for a primary. With Nekros, a good setup. As mentioned range is key, get despoil augment for health drain rather than power drain. Go with a booster, drop chance, resource booster if possible.
  16. I frequently hit Maroo's Bizarre on the first server. More often than not it's a drop chance booster. (Dojo owner) it is usually for Neural Sensors. Building a lot of corpus assets currently. Getting slammed between the dojo and forma crafting. ( coupled with an extremely non-committal clan roster) Its nice to see player's thanks, it's appreciated always. I agree that trying to get to thanks button can be quite layered when engaging in other business in a relay. As to a fix? Well I'd say it's definitely at the bottom of list for DE's priorities... okay maybe why my clan showcase is not loading properly is the lowest. Perhaps they'll get around to it.
  17. Potentially... at long last, the community outcry for an enhanced worst weapon in the game might get a Kuva variant... What are the odds? Will you embrace liches again for the privilege of having it in your arsenal?
  18. I find her combat loop engaging, although repetitive. Honestly most frames are. It's just the Dagath's loop is very short lived. 2, 1, 4... ad nauseum. When in SP Circuit I frequently take her (when available) as a good solid choice.
  19. Four abilities: Ability 1: Mallet Simply the drum or percussion. This is the chief damage dealer. The more enemy attacks it sustains the more damage it reflects. (Scaling damage). Tip: when going up against infested, do not use the Ability 2 Resonator. Infested will target the Resonator rather than the Mallet. As the resonator damage does not scale with incoming damage, Octavia's kit is less effective here. H O W E V ER , a Mallet when cast with Amp will do tons of damage, as Infested are melee oriented. If you want to see her numbers from a more or less newer player perspective, Try the Terrorem node on Deimos and go for 20 minutes. Her numbers can get surprising. Find a large open room and stay there. The more duration you have, the more damage will scale. Ability 2: Resonator A rolling aggro ball, picks up the Mallet and potentially gives you some breathing space. Ability 3: Metronome The buffing machine. Performing actions on the beats provide: Invisibility (crouching), Multi-shot (Shooting) Speed (Jumping) Melee: Bonus Damage and a Armor bonus is also applied to you and all players inside the Metronome radius. Ability 4: Amp Radius and Damage multiplier. ______________________________ Octavia is not for everyone, in fact I'd say her niche of players is very small. Her initial sound channel is quite dull, and is what turns most players off. I have found that the following sound channels help get my toes tapping: Alpha, Beta, Horos. I find that the magic for me is making use of a VERY limited sequencer and trying to make 4 measures meaningful to other players. I've seen the difference in how others respond to a good tune. Makes me happy.

  21. I want warframe to be a successful game that makes money so they can continue to operate as a company. Take that where you will. There is an opinion in that comment.
