Primed reach is pretty good, at max level you gain 165% reach, slap that on an Orthos P, Galantine or any weapon capable of hitting multiple targets and with a long basic reach and go to town. Anyone has tried yet? I tried it with a Sheev, The horizontal slash can hit a crawler on the floor with this mod at rank 8.
