My Hydroid pirate setup is Tigris (a blunderbuss), Akjagara (they look very flintlock, and match the Tigris) and Nami Solo.

Hydroid tentacles and that kill stealing diriga are pretty good in terms of kills

meh, I prefer a traditional pirate's Loadout:

Hydroid (obviously)

Vectis (musket)

Pyrana (Flintlock-style, and shares the name with a Fish, just with a different spelling)

Nami Solo (Pirates love dual wielding!)

I use Tigris, AkJagara and Nami Solo. Basically it is the later development phase musket, musket pistols and a curvy pirate blade.

Telos akbolto with ormolu skin looks like old dual pistols. I pretend my Hek is a blunderbus too, and the Trident polearm or Destrega look awesome with him too. The new crossbow might also look cool, or perhaps the Sybaris. I like the idea of the Harpak, and its not a bad weapon but it doesnt look especially piratey despite its harpoon.
