I did ask for one.

"without using another weapon as an excuse", very plain and clear in my comment

I hope you know the definition of suggestion.

"one of your two suggestions", also very plain

One of your two suggestions was to turn it into a corpus weapon. Ask for it without using another weapon as an excuse.

Looks like your reading comprehension needs work, not mine.

Corpus have high precision weapons - even their shotgun is pin point accurate.

And for suppression fire they have weapons like the Supra and the Tetra, actually no, the Corpius have no need for a dedicated shotgun with conventional machanics - anyone that stud longer than 2 seconds before a Corpus Tech understands that.

You call that a shotgun? Might as well call Latron a sniper

Funny... I've used my Latron Prime for sniping before, to good effect.

I can't really picture a shotgun that shoot lasers instead of pellets.

Yeah... but that's Corpus for you... lasers on everything... including melee.

I'm not requesting a punp-action Corpus shotgun. I'm just asking for a Corpus primary shotgun.

I'd rather have a tenno crit pump-action (especially one that looks this sexy). Design a new corpus shotty, one that doesn't have continuous fire, and keep this concept as a separate gun. We need more shotguns, we need more crit shotguns.

Corpus are supposed to get some love soon (Index, and hopefully more) so there's a slight, very tiny, microscopic chance that we'll get a Corpus shotgun soon, right? Right?

Also... Three words... Geth Plasma Shotgun

In the meantime, I'll very gladly accept this Tenno pump action shotgun, as it looks goddamn amazing. No point in getting salty that we're getting this but not that.

What would the Corpus need to pump for a shotgun like that to work? I imagine it'd be like one of those giant squirt guns where you pump it like 10 times to build pressure.

Well, the Corpus tech is energy based right? I would imagine that a decent shotgun for them would be very energy hungry to begin with. Maybe the pump action to it would be ejecting a power cell and each time you fire the gun it's eating a full cell. Not very efficient really, but the only thing I can think that such an action would be on a Corpus weapon.

Where is my ammo-efficient, pin-point accurate Grineer Laser Cannon?!!!!  😆

I think a corpus shotgun would be coolest as just a sudden burst/cone of electricity instead of a constant beam like Amprex, or the Convectrix for that matter.

A soundwave-shotgun will be cool as well. Will fit Bardframe. wink wink DE

The Grineer only have one energy cannon - funny enough it's a shotgun^^

And I think it's a lore and distinguishing decission to not give them more energy weapons.
