This year however.. this year they should change that exact card into a golden primed one. Maxed. Giving you so much excess ammo that your ammo counter becomes unreadable because of all the zeroes.. or other numbers.. So one day per year it becomes the most valued mod. Materials required to construct the Dual Hema include a 'Hema Link' which drops from rotation C of the Infested Salvage mission with a 1% drop chance.
