They also said that due to technical difficulties items that were started BEFORE the update will not be cancellable anyway. So you're on your own there, buddy. Blacksmiths don't "accidentally" start making a suit of armor just dropping their hammer, on their anvil, while it has some bits of metal on it. Rebecca even said on the Devstream that this new 'build cancel' would reduce the need for players to contact support, so they should have some spare capacity now.
