Is it just me or is energy overflow not working?

wasn't working on sorties. and have been running adaro and used my void pulse and energy wasn't going up fast at all. going at it's normal energy siphon speed as i have that equipped. i've double checked my zenurik school and i have energy overflow unlocked at MAX.. but it just doesn't appear to be working, for ME. i need confirmation from others that it's just me or it isn't just me.

Can't confirm but it sounds like Energy Reduction sortie. If it's not the case, then I don't know...

Any kind of energy regen including Zenurik's Energy Overflow is disabled if Sortie has energy reduction condition.

Actually doesn't that specific one reduce it by 75%? I mean, basically disabled anyway

You need to use the focus ability in the mission at least once. The description clearly says that the ability grants it.

Do you have it (by clicking on it) toggled active, though?

Does it have a red icon, with a red line leading towards it?

You got it maxed, but is the node activated.

my god im a dumby. way capacity blocked me being able to activate it after i maxed it. i have now increased way capacity and activated it. thank you for your help.
