paul5473 Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 (edited) Happened to me yesterday actually, did the endmission of the sortie(saw i dropped a melee riven) then my game went black and loaded me back into the mission no hud or anything. To top it all off the abort didn't work so all i could do is Alt + F4. The best part is loading back into warframe and finding out that i don't get the reward, and have to replay the mission only to get a ayatan sculpture. TioMegaManX Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Finish building a good weapon capable of taking down lv40 dropships on the plains, but still getting 1 shot by some enemy nowhere to be seen in any advanced tileset or sortie, I mean, they get tons of armor and health but my frame's attributes overall are completely static, not to mention enemies can get 100% status chance with insane base scaling, ignore shields and all, sorry but who really thinks this is good game design in the difficulty aspect? Grinding out something like Exodia Force set only to discover it is absolute crap with no redeeming quality. Being insulted by teammates for using Trinity Prime. Being insulted by teammates for not using Trinity Prime. Being insulted for carrying the team through 20 waves of hydron (I pretty much never read squad chat anymore on such mission, just stick to region prime chat). I get called out for not using speed nova on defense missions (Nova is my main), being asked to not use MP during salvage, being called out for not helping on double panel doors just because I am not going fast enough. It's unsatisfying to run mission after mission after mission, or open relic after relic after relic, and not get the drop you want. I lost track of how many times I ran Fossa trying to Rhino's neuros. Had probably a dozen each of Chass and Sys, but neuros just did not want to drop. Similar with Ivara: I don't know how many easy spys I've done in the last week: still no Ivara systems. They just refuse to drop. Now, the most infuriating/frustrating thing? That would be getting glitched before extraction on Plains after an eidolon hunt. It's happened several times now: if I'm not the host and the host leaves the zone, it attempts a host migration that almost always results in failure to reconnect, sending me back to orbit (which the game treats like an abort) and forfeiting all the loot I worked for. I lost out on 34 intact sentient cores once because that BS happened. Losing loot because the game can't maintain stability (something out of my control) is maddening. Which leads me to the second most infuriating thing: Quill rep. I find it incredibly frustrating that you can only earn Quill rep by turning in cores, which you can only get during the night cycle on Plains. Since the night cycle on Plains only lasts for 50 minutes before a near-2-hour day cycle starts, I get home from work and typically have only 1 night cycle to farm quill rep before I have to get off for the night. Leveling up Quill rank has been very, very slow for me because there is just no way to make it go faster, and it is one of the worst experiences right now because you're artificially limited on just when you can gain rep. Absorbing an Energy Orb after using a low-cost ability (or while using a continuous ability) Picking up loot without Vacuum Getting stuck on an extremely insignificant edge (that should be automatically bypassed) while doing acrobatic movements I can go on and on, but it's really just the little stuff. Its been a while ago, I blocked out most of the struggles of getting it, I just remember that the Ash BP had a big hand in me taking a 7 month break off this game. that part single handedly burnt me out of the Void. Seriously, DE needs to fix that last one, I can only imagine a few MR1s that get dropped into fighting a Teralyst and have no idea why they aren't hurting it. All the ways you aren't able to complete the 4th or 5th stage, like being unable to interact with the capture target, or the drone you escorted is 30 feet above the target zone, etc. Then there are the rewards you get vs. the nonexistent mods you are grinding for. I got stuck in a Pipe/ the floor in a survival, I was at 25 min which is a lot for me and I had to abort because I couldn't get out of the pipe/floor...
