  1. Both of you need to log a SUPPORT TICKET if you want actual help with your Plat situation. The Forums are more for information and advice not actual technical assistance that you need to solve your account issues. Good luck and be patient as it might take a day or more sometimes to respond to your ticket. Usually if it involves real money they are much faster, oddly enough. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  2. So not sure what you are saying exactly? I am 99.9% positive about the ability to NOT be one-shot when I completed the challenge way back when it was first available. I specifically had a build on my Hildryn for the Glassmaker boss fight which consisted of lots of shields to prevent being one-shot by his sword. I could only survive one hit and anything more than that would kill me if my shields were not able to recharge before an additional wack from his sword. I also made sure to throw on several Aim Glide Mods so I could reach the few remaining platforms. I used the same Hildryn build this time and never survived a single hit from his sword which leads me to believe something has changed in this boss fight to not allow players to survive a direct hit from his sword. Although I didn't survive, maybe their is an individual who can attest to not being one-shot by his sword. No matter if one-shot or not this fight was hardly worth a bobble-head of Nihil but I am a glutton for punishment and did it anyways. I was dreading the next 2 Missions but they didn't seem to be as bad as Nihil, but that's just my opinion. Thank you for your video links and your digging around for evidence, even if I am not sure of your final thoughts. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  3. It is just as "fun" as I remember it, although I think they might have changed the pick-up mechanic of the crystals as I could have sworn it required a button press (X for me on controller) to pick up the crystals that you throw back at him. I am sure that many people will not realize the need to destroy the floating crystals that he summons before you can throw them at him, to eventually kill him. I know for a fact that the sword did not insta-kill you in the previous rendition of the Nihil fight so that seems to be something new as well. My recommendation for you or others having difficulty, is to throw on every Mod pertaining to Aim Glide increase as it will immensely increase your ability to stay afloat and allow you to reach the far off platforms that remain for you to stand upon. It is not easy by any means, but having the ability to remain afloat is a significant help in the boss battle. It is a long and tedious battle of which I am not certain is worth the value of a simple Nihil Noggle. Normally you would be rewarded with the glorious Vitrica Sword for your troubles which I think is the fanciest and most jewel encrusted weapon in the entire game! I didn't watch the entire hour video so not sure if you completed the alert, so if not, I hope my advice helps you to overcome any obstacles that thwart you. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  4. I think we all know that DE has a different interpretation of the definition of garbage weapons and term "less frequently" and it won't be in our favor, most of the time. Like I said before, we just have to "enjoy" the circuit only long enough to get what desired incarnon weapons we are interested in, so just consider it a necessary evil to obtain the respective prizes you want. Doubtful DE will change much more about the Circuit as it has already gone through several iterations and this is the end result, much to my chagrin. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  5. Thank you both for answering me. It would seem I am ignorant of some handy QoL changes in my controller setup, assuming that they work as intended. Sadly if you, and apparently many others, are reporting that the binding doesn't work on the Spellbind ability and hasn't for quite some time, it would seem that this bug has fallen into the abyss of unfixed items that continues to fester and grow! I am an avid fan of Titania and having Spellbind be a Tap would most definitely be a welcome QoL change for the ability and do hope that DE can wave their proverbial magic fix-it stick and get this working like it should! The squeaky wheel gets the grease or however the saying goes so let's keep on bugging (pun intended) them until they fix it! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  6. Just so I understand the issue correctly. are you trying to make it so you tap to cast Spellbind on yourself as opposed to long press? I didn't even know that was a thing or just never thought about it much at all I guess. So what happens when you attempt to make it One Tap to cast Spellbind on yourself? Does it do nothing or just do the same action that one tap already does? Sorry if I ask dumb questions but I never touch customizing the controls, probably because I use a controller and not a keyboard. Can you change any other Ability on a Warframe from a long press action to a one tap and have it work like it should? It would be weird if only on Titania it doesn't work but not surprising because after all it is DE! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  7. I am pretty sure it doesn't upgrade to Dual Pistols because those are classified as a different weapon type/class in the algorithm's calculation. I am sure you have a lot of weapons that are trash and have discarded them, because why would you keep them being they are subpar. But you'll get them much like I do and just hope all your weapon choices are not absolute trash else you just run around looking busy but doing next to nothing in damage, Super Fun! There are many like you, me included, who just have to deal with the "fun" weapon choices given or go back and make crappy subpar weapons again just to not have them be an option so frequently. Yet the accolades keep coming for this unique and "fun" game mode. So we make do or don't play. Not many other options unfortunately. Enjoy! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  8. Wow that looks awesome! You definitely have a gift, so keep on using it! I can't wait to see more of your concepts! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  9. Wow that's a steaming pile of horse 💩 but thanks for the amusing post. Dorothy, Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion are waiting for you in OZ, Mr. Strawman! I don't think you could be any more disrespectful to those who might be physically challenged or more mature in age. What exactly do you not understand about someone telling you they are having difficulty with a particular task? It does NOT matter how many times YOU tell me it was easy for YOU, WE ARE NOT YOU! For some people, it is NOT enough to watch a YouTube video and magically have their Arthritis disappear or drink a cup of water from the Fountain of Youth. I hope you realize that the majority of players who might have had difficulty with the New War Quest do NOT come to the Forums to publicly post of their failure. There are thousands of players that play Warframe and if even if it's only 1% that just can't complete the New War Quest , it still amounts to a potential loss of income because those players can not partake of ANYTHING Warframe EVER again. There are NO MISSIONS that are even remotely equivalent to an Archon Hunt using only a powerless Drifter and a Bow! So please go fly a kite if you continue to spew forth such poppycock as it's a "progression marker" for all things Warframe once you complete it. There is nothing like it before and nothing like it after so why is it a qualification for doing ANYTHING in Warframe? Now we have Duviri which, for any new player, completely throws everything out of the window with the Tenno story line and makes the "progression marker" concept even less palatable. There is nothing in Warframe that is so dramatically different after the New War other than the piles of trash in POE and dirty tundra in Orb Valis. Please stop this nonsense of "immersion breaking" as an excuse to prevent people from enjoying Warframe the same way they did BEFORE the New War Quest, which is playing missions with a Warframe! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  10. Not sure what mods you have on your Necramech but even with the basics the key to keeping Voidrig Alive is keeping his Storm Shroud active which is easy to see if it's on because the Nec's head will spin in circles indicating Storm Shroud is active. Storm Shroud will reflect damage back to the attacker. Also don't forget about Melee because with Voidrig when you melee swing your arm in a small arc and it will send enemies flying. They need to be close to hit them but it is effective. Also if you do a Heavy Melee Attack with Voidrig, it will stick it's head in the ground (pure comedy) and do a radial slam that will ragdoll enemies too. Not sure what you mean by Staggering enemies as Necramechs can NOT be staggered. Also I specified Profit Taker Heist Mission #2, not just any old Bounty or just walking around Orb Valis with random encounters of enemies. The enemy levels are high enough in PT#2 to level up your Nec but still be doable solo. It will always take you longer to level up if you are solo so my suggestion is to ask a friend to go with you to the PT #2 mission as it will be easier and more lucrative for both. The problem with Empyrean Survival is you will have difficulty obtaining air and you can't stop the progression of enemy level as time progresses. The Profit Taker heist #2 mission will NOT increase in enemy level no matter how long you stay. It will only increase temporarily if the Threat Level increases due to the Red Sticks the Corpus put in the ground so be diligent in destroying them and problem solved! Hopefully that better clarifies why PT#2 is recommended to level your Nec. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  11. OMG that is brilliant but could be an issue i guess if unable to replenish health quick enough to counteract the volume of enemies being killed. I remember using Combat Discipline Aura during the Scarlet Spear to heal our Necramecs to which DE responded with it was "unintentional" and removed it from healing Nec's any longer! DE will fix any possible exploit instantly but leave bugs that persist for years that could break the game. **cough** Profit Taker Anyways, thanks for the handy tip! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  12. Thanks for the nice words and great minds think alike! The main reason it is ideal is because the Threat Level normally MUST be Level 4 to produce any viable quantity of Toroids from the enemies. There is a huge difference in the enemies that spawn between Lev 0 vs Lev 4 thus making it more difficult than it needs to be. I have no idea why this is a thing for the Profit Taker Mission #2 but it has been this way since day 1. I am almost positive they silently nerfed the drop rate of Toroids in this Mission because when we first found out this Bonus feature, we would walk away with over 150 Toroids in 45min - hour of gameplay. You still get a huge amount of Toroids with relative ease but now it's closer to 75. One important factor is having a Full Squad will dramatically increase the chances because of the larger amount of enemies. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  13. Technically speaking you are not invulnerable as mentioned by @taiiat, because Desecrate is a Channeled Ability, it would mean a 90% Dmg Reduction. But even when using a Channeled Ability, in this case health is used instead of energy if using the Despoil Augment, what happens is, if the Warframe Health gets so low that he can't cast Desecrate then it will turn off automatically. I personally have never died after leaving my Nekros parked with Desecrate active for at least 30 minutes while using my Necramech. I just keep listening for the tell-tale chime indicating that a body was Desecrated for additional loot. I can't say you are 100% never going to die, but in all my years of playing, I have never seen or personally died in my Nekros that was parked with Desecrate/Despoil active. The only reason I usually switch back into my Nekros is because the Moas that lay the Bounce Mines will sometimes push your Nekros into a less useful parking spot, meaning you get less loot because of the placement of your parked Nekros. I hope that answered your question! Happy Hunting!
  14. Shhhhh....I'll let you in on a little secret that you might not know.... Select the Profit Taker Heist Mission #2. If you have Nekros than bring him and build his Desecrate for Maximum Range. Do the Mission but when you are instructed to pick up the Suitcase after destroying the 2 Ambulas Moas outside, Do NOT pick up the suitcase, at least NOT until you are done leveling up your Necramech and are stock piled with Toroids from killing all the enemies that will spawn forever, until you pick up the Suitcase to complete the Mission. What is unique about the Mission is NO THREAT LEVEL is required to obtain Toroids from the enemies during This Mission in Particular. If you activate your Nekros with Desecrate and place him smack dab in the middle of the Road just in Front of the Enrichment Labs, then call your Necramech and jump in it and Nekros will continue to Desecrate Loot while you are in your Necramech blasting the Corpus to oblivion. If you have a full squad and all on the same page for farming, then you can easily walk away with 40-60 Toroids and Max out your Necramech within 20- 30 minutes of gameplay. If you bring your Smeeta and a Resource Booster, then you could possibly get even more Toroids, depending on how good your sacrifice to the God of RNG is that day! Lol Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  15. Ok I think the OP's problem is that they only crafted the Segment and not the Archwing Launcher itself which is another thing to build ONCE the actual Archwing Launcher Segment is crafted there should be another item to build under the GEAR section of the Foundry labeled Archwing Launcher. Once that is crafted the OP will then have to place the Archwing Launcher in the Gear Wheel to allow use of it. Thanks to @NinjaZeku for mentioning that important part of the equation to obtain an Archwing Launcher! Hope that was the problem OP. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  16. No offense taken at all and for sure it has been a hot minute since I have dealt with Ownership of a Clan. I am just glad there are those that still are willing and eager to be a Clan Owner as it can be a chore at times but I very much enjoy the creative fun afforded us by DE and am grateful that Dojos are a thing! Have a pleasant tomorrow my fellow Founding Clan Warlord!
  17. I think it's up to the discretion pf DE to decide who becomes the New Founding Warlord and less that there are strict rules that specify MR as the only basis for who can assume the role as Founding Warlord. There isn't any posted regulations that I could find about the precise awarding mechanics that DE follows so please don't misconstrue anything I have mentioned as absolute and concrete facts. The only fact that I know they use is the 30 days of inactivity rule of a Founding Warlord in order to submit a request to become the new Founding Warlord. Any other rules are pure conjecture based upon my own personal experience in using support to become the new Founding Warlord of my current Clan. I apologize if I mislead you to believe I was an expert in the rules of becoming a new Founding Warlord. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  18. Yes contact SUPPORT and explain your situation and they will transfer Clan ownership to I think the highest ranking MR individual who is active in the Clan. I had to do the same thing myself as my Clan Warlord was absent for a year before I decided enough was enough and contacted support to explain my situation. DE very soon there after awarded me the position of Founding Warlord because I was the highest ranking clan member at the time. I think 30 days of inactivity from a founding Clan Warlord is required before another Clan member can request to become the new owner of the Clan. You mentioned it had been years of inactivity, which is more than adequate to allow you to assume the role of Owner or Founding Clan Warlord. Go ahead and submit a Support Ticket explaining your situation and they will most definitely grant you or possibly another Clan member who might be of higher MR and active, the role of Founding Clan Warlord. Just be patient if they don't respond immediately, as they have a lot of issues to deal with but they will assist you eventually! Soon enough you will be able to design and build your Clan to it's full potential and imagination! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  19. @PathlessSage answered your question as once you claim the Archwing Launcher segment you MUST Equip it in your Gear Wheel to be able to access it on any open worlds such as Plains of Eidelon, Orb Valis, etc. Once you upgrade your Intrinsics in Duviri there is an option to use your Kaithe on open worlds too. You would need to Add the Kaithe Launcher to your Gear wheel just the same as the Archwing Launcher to allow use of it. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  20. Did you unlock the mission node Mot in the Void already? It is another prerequisite that you might have overlooked. Here is the info from the Wiki Directly: To unlock the quest, players must have completed The War Within quest. After completing the quest, players must play (or replay) the Mot Survival node in the Void, the end node of the Void branch accessible via Sedna. Once both conditions are met, the quest will become available from the Codex. Hopefully it will be available in the Codex after doing the Mot mission node, otherwise contact SUPPORT. Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  21. I completely understand your plight and Fortuna standing is LONG overdue for a rework. They need to have consistency amongst the factions and how standing can be earned. It's especially painfull at Fortuna because it's very early in a new player progression and for many the slog is too much. It has been the proverbial straw on the camel's back that has led to the quitting of Warframe for several of my friends who just couldn't deal with it. Sadly I doubt DE will ever change i,t because they are more concerned with keeping the New Stuff Train speeding towards mediocrity and more grind. Your Fortuna slog is almost over and soon you will be able to move on towards another wall of grind at a new syndicate! Welcome to Warframe! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  22. My little friend Jat Kittag is one of the few weapons left in the game that actually Rag-dolls like the Good-Ol' days of Melee back when Blast Damage actually DID something! I also recommend giving the Tenant Exec a whirl (or Wham might be more appropriate here) as it is pure comedy to watch the enemies fly off into oblivion after a love-tap from the heavy bladed weapon. I will have to revisit the Arca Triton and see if it provides as much comedic slam relief too! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
  23. For YOU maybe, but we are all not as awesome as you. I would not qualify the New War Quest as extremely difficult in the overall scheme of difficult missions but the mechanics and the Health regeneration of the Archons were not what some players were anticipating when they agreed to the warning disclaimer. For those that have physical impairments, it was at a minimum very taxing and debilitating to play a non-agile, non-Tenno powered character against a new enemy that could regenerate their health. Even those that don't have a medical issue, the quest became more of a slog for some of us, as it felt like it was never going to end. By the time I even got to the Archons, I was so over the New War Quest, and had no interest in any lore, character development, etc. It was just too long in my opinion and it tarnished the whole experience when it became a chore to get through. It does NOT matter how easy you think it was, as it was NOT the same experience for other players. No one is saying to dumb it down, just let players that feel overwhelmed and stuck have a way out, so they won't lose the ability to enjoy Warframe and return to complete the New War when they feel ready, not because a button assumes they are ready, when some just are NOT! Have a pleasant tomorrow!
