FlusteredFerret Posted April 8, 2019 Share Posted April 8, 2019 (edited) Its an Orb that got kidnapped by Solaris United, back in the day (when they were still on Deck 12) and given concrete boots. Unfortunately, they dumped it in a lake that was too small to completely cover it. Probably won't be long before it manages to break out of the concrete and escape to join its Orb buddies...
