0 Zelmen
umm level stuff... star chart alone can get you from like 0-5. Hit the market up and buy all the BP you can to start. Then check out the Dojo research. Each planet has a frame and end with Primes from relics which will take the most time to get. 0 Loza03
Finish the Starchart (it does have a small amount of mastery rank attached to it, especially junctions). Aside from that, acquire new stuff and level it - that's the only way. Warframes, Pets, Archwings and Sentinels give 6000 MR points whereas weapons give 3000. Sentinels, it should be noted, always come with a corresponding weapon, meaning they technically come with 9,000 points, but they're also the biggest pain to level. 0 RodrigoMoretto
Depends on where you are. I'm fairly new, I go to Helene defense missions in Saturn with new warframe and weapons. If the group is doing well, 3 waves will get you a nice amount of exp. Companions are also good, but kubrows and kavats die all the time

0 punish_me
Elite sanctuary onslaught for weapon. 10 min on weapon with booster. Usual SO - for frames. Any (better fissure) survivals - for newbies. Stealth combos - for professionals. Hydron on Sedna is popular too. 0 Caine2112
Seeing as MR really doesn't mean much in the game, aside from unlocking weapons up to MR 14, just play the game, level up weapons and warframes / sentinels, pets, archwing, and don't sweat it. MR isn't like levels in an MMORPG. It's simply a representation of how much gear you have taken the time to rank to 30. Honestly, my recommendation is to not worry about it. 0 Teliko_Freedman
Use Ivara, Put enemies to sleep, abuse Stealth Kill multiplier in an exterminate mission? I do this at Saturn, and can usually get any weapon mastered after two runs. Prowl helps a lot too, if you can kill stuff without needing to put them to sleep, or be alerted.
0 Vortuna
Pray for a Saryn to boost you in Sanctuary Onslaught (or Elite if your frame is lvl 30 and just leveling weapons and companions), or Hydron. Be grateful there is one generous enough to help you out, don't be like the ungrateful brats asking for saryn nerfs. 0 Kalvasto
I like to go to Hydron on Sedna to master my weapons, my personal favorite, though everyone has a go to they enjoy. 😄
0 uAir
Weapons- Elite Sanctuary Onslaught or Sanctuary Onslaught Frames- Sanctuary Onslaught If you have two friends willing to help you there's a very painfree way to do it. If you have one friend there's another easy-ish way to do it. If you have no friends you go in and hope for a carry to be present. 🙂
