What about fury themed warframe? Lead by anger and brutal force. He/She would gather anger by taking health damage, which would increase his/her survivability and spell power. Some spells would provide self bonuses other would crush enemies.

A warframe that would be the most unique in theme could be one that is used in tandem with Operator Mod; focusing on maximizing the powers of the void and the Operator’s abilities, wether it expands the current few abilities or replaces them outright.
 

Inspiration for how this frame would look and feel would easily be the Stands in Jojo’s, and with it’s focus on the Void it would lend itself to having a role in the lore similar to Umbra. I imaging it being collected in nodes similar to Grendel but within the Void or during the Void translations in Railjack.

I had an idea for a new Frame a few years ago, but don't have any sort of visual to describe it.

 

Theme: Gravity

 

The general appearance of the Frame would be more fluid, almost like a majority of their body would be made from Mercury. As they move and fight, small shifts can be seen in the fluid making up the outer layer of their armor. In the center, should be a small orb, or other object that is actually working as a black hole, or "planet" type of object that is actually generating a gravitational field, and shaping the outer fluid into the Warframe. As gravity shifts, Warframe will also change shape, condensing size in high gravity, and expanding in size for low. 

 

Passive: To self or to nearby party, shifts in gravity emitted from this Warframe will cause effects similar to Rhino or Zephyr's current passive. (High gravity causes Frame(s) to fall faster, and have a heavier landing. Low Gravity causes falls to be slower)

 

Abilities: The abilities may have to depend on high or low Gravity, which would inherently make the Frame mimic Equinox's form shifts, but may just feel stale or too much like a copy for some players. Another idea may just be to have gravity shift based on ability used. Damage types will have to be split, Magnetic for low Gravity, and Impact for High.

 

1:

- Form shift, if mimicking equinox.

If not

SLINGSHOT: A targeted ability that causes a projectile to be sent from Warframe that will orbit around targeted enemy, sapping shields or stripping armor, dealing a small amount of magnetic or impact damage, and then orbits back to Warframe, returning a portion (25-50%) of sapped armor/shield based on current gravitational phase as temporary overshields/armor buff. Base phase can be determined by color, or an arsenal toggle.

 

2: CONDENSE: Warframe increases gravity around them, condensing their armor to gain damage resistance, while also directing a portion of enemy fire into themselves. 

 

3: PLUME: Warframe decreases gravity around them, causing enemy fire to have an increased chance to miss. All action speeds (Walk/Run, Reload Speed, Melee Attack Speed, etc.) increase by 10%. 

 

4: LOCAL SINGULARITY: Warframe's gravitational phase is emitted (Moderate range of effect. Maybe not quite so far as Equinox's Mend&Maim) causing all attacks from Warframe and party (diminished effect, but still present) to have additional CC effects on enemies affected by current gravitational phase. High gravity causes a small amount of additional impact damage to be taken, while having a chance for each attack to cause Knockdown to any enemy damaged. Low Gravity causes a small amount of additional magnetic damage to be taken, while having a chance for each attack to cause Knock Back to any enemy damaged. 

 

These ideas are all very rough, and honestly where quickly thought up, and need improvement, but hopefully they have some potential.

Heavy weapons frame. powers are all different weapon systems on the frame, arm mounted repeaters, shoulder mounted cannons, exalted minigun that can be augmented into a cannon, missile launcher, that kinda thing. Give it passive ammo regen when you have no melee equipped, abilities would scale off weapon mods. warmachine frame!

A Hex based Warframe. Possibly Maev or Mab for a name.

This Warframe, instead of directly dealing damage to enemies or buffing allies, instead casts duration based AOE debuffs on enemies and areas. 

There could even be a cycle of debuffs on one or two abilities, like Vauban’s mines or Titania’s Tribute. But the whole mechanic of this Warframe is that she requires lateral thinking. She doesn’t directly damage enemies with her abilities, but changes their abilities and defense, messes up their AI, or lays down cursed areas in which enemies are severely disadvantaged. 

And if you don’t use this idea here, consider putting that concept to use on Nekros Terrify. My boi is feel in’ a bit stale. 

EDIT: I found the original discussion thread on Facebook where I first developed this idea. It’s origin is in the curse neceomancer build from Diablo II.  I did a quick write up, which is a bit dated, but included below.

Warframe: Maeb 
Pronounced: Mave 
Lotus Voice: This is Maeb. Maeb is a deadly curse Warframe. She levies powerful hexes on her enemies, rendering them weak and easy prey. 

Curse of Darkness obscures the enemies vision, reducing their accuracy, while the cold of the darkness simultaneously slows their movements and reaction times.

Withering Plague weakens your enemies, reducing their damage and making them susceptible to finishing attacks.

Malevolent Hex inflicts an elemental status on her enemies, while also making them more susceptible to damage from all sources. Maeb can switch her element of choice on the fly between viral, cold, radiation, and corrosion. 

Harrowing Malfeasance, Maeb’s unltimate ability, makes her enemies weaker and more prone to bleeding. Enemy levels are are reduced by a percentage based on power strength, and any damage inflicted on them will result in a bleed effect. 

Maeb regains energy and health from enemies afflicted with her curses.

Watch your back, Tenno. Maeb is not to be trifled with.

i was looking to see if anyone posted this. love it! Also the railgun/s built into its body could be used for quick maneuvers, or be over-charged to deal more damage or cause an aoe. 

They could have twin railguns or one mounted on its back or in its chest like Ironman's unibeam; possible exaulted weapon.

A Telekinesis themed Warframe, but less about Crowd Control like Mag is and more about going ham, launching enemies around and creating barriers that let you keep on smashing things without worry. Kind of like a Mag-Valkyr hybrid.

VIKINGS  AND NORRIS MYTHOLOGY 

We already have frames that are already heavily inspired by Chinese mythology  (nehza and Wukong)

But it would be awesome to explore other mythologies as well (Greek or Norris).There are already plenty of cool gods and characters to inspire looks and abilities from. 

Also who wouldn't want a viking frame?

Hi!!! 

Idea:

Female character similar to a white fox with an armor composed of "bandages". Japanese style.

This warframe was a medical warfare design, ready to go into combat and help her companions while unleashing confusion on the battlefield.

With its thin body and legs that end up in the shape of a needle, this warframe has a high speed in compensation to a low vitality. He is able to quickly cross the battlefield while generating chaos or helping his allies and can jump and nail himself to the wall thanks to his legs.

Story:

One of the "healers" was locked up and tortured by the Orokin for giving special treatment to the wounded and mentally ill. On the verge of madness she managed to escape in the midst of chaos but seeing that her escape would fail she decided to use this warframe to open all the cells on the psychiatric ward and the prison.

Skills:

Passive Ability: Stays on walls without falling.

1 Throws a "bandage/body part" with piercing damage by nailing the enemy to the wall.

2 Jumps/teleport the target ally by healing him and nearby allies

3 His body scatters by clinging to the enemies and making them shoot around / His body scatters by creating an illusion next to each enemy and making them shoot around

4 He divides his body to hold on to his target ally. Providing him with his armor and shields and being able to use his own skills (those of the fox).

TIME WARP WARFRAME - resurrection wont be an issue. AOE would be to freeze all the enemies in time around him, they would be able to drop they're loot - would be great in farming and crowd control. Stop teleportation of enemies. Also can rewind his stats like health and shields - including companions - not ammo though. Maybe bullet time like in the matrix? Like he works so fast even the player cant see it - hes stopping the projectiles and reversing their path , though not bouncing off the armor though. Also would be great for healing teammates.

I would like to see an Explosive Demolition/Bomb Warframe only because I feel like we're missing a character/Frame that specializes in Explosives or Explosions in general.

(example: Killer Queen (JJBA) or Brachydios(Monster Hunter) or Katsuki Bakugo (MHA),etc.)

Yes I know Nova's 4th ability is technically a nuke but I'm talking about other types of bombs like: Land Mines/Trip Mines, C4, Grenades, Time Bombs, Mortars, etc.

or

Methods of bombing such as: Carpet Bombing or Self-Destruction, etc

(if there was a self-destruction ability would be better if it costed some of the Frame's HP like one of Garuda's abilities, not all/most of the Frame's hp or just make them invulnerable for a certain duration after Self Destruction so the user has time to heal)

Personally I would love to see a Warframe with the theme centered around an extention of itself, Inspiration from Tokyo Ghoul with the characters having a vast number of different extentions that can be used offensively and as defence. Like in the anime if you reach near death or perhaps fill out a gauge in the game the extention would get out of control and cover the entire body making the user just brute force everything.

A falconer frame: A warframe similar to Khora but would instead have a bird-like pet as their companion.

1st ability, plunge: the bird dives and attacks enemies, if it doesn't kill them then it takes a random item from their drop table and returns it to the warframe.

2nd ability, gouge: the waframe sends the bird to attack a group of enemies, the bird would then swipe past all the enemies and claw at their eyes, blinding them.

3rd ability, retrieve: The warframe sends out the bird after a specific target, this causes the bird to attack them, grab them, and drag them back to the warframe dealing slash and puncture damage to them all the while.

4th ability, unleash: The warframe sets the bird free, it freely roams within a small radius of the player and randomly attacks enemies, and keeps its focus on one enemy at a time until its dead. After killing an enemy it will move onto the next one, until the warframe either runs out of energy or tuns off the ability.

Hmm, about concept.....how about Lu Bu based Warframe ? After Nezha and Wukong, that concept should be interesting one.

Entitled Red Berserker, this warframe's motto "Offensive is a better defense", which allow him wrecking havoc while he gains random buffs to enchance him and allies.

Skills are :

1. Crimson Spear - Lu Bu throw the heat-based spear to a line of enemies and deal overtime damage

2. Heaven's Fury - Lu Bu unleash his fury which depleted his energy to become random buff (Damage, Armor, Health, Movement Speed) and every successive kills while on this skill will refunded him energies

3. Mighty Red Hare - Lu Bu summon Red Hare to wrecking havoc among enemies. This is summoning abilites, which improved by duration, ability strength and efiiciency. Red hare also increase attack speed and movement speed of Lu Bu and his allies. Hold this skill to see Lu Bu take ride on his legendary Red Hare and add havoc among enemies (can be used to travel on foot for open-world stage)

4. God of War - Like Valkyr's Hysteria, but this time Lu Bu cannot use any skills and weapons, instead he use his mighty legendary spears, "Houtenkageki," This exalted weapon's elements can modified from mods and energy color, so be careful when you are decide the kind of energy for this one. And on this state, Lu Bu gains adaptive damage and armor bonus every kills, but the drained energy cannot be refunded.

Passive - Everytime Lu Bu doing Slam Attack, it cause radial damage with breaking ground earthquake-esque effect (Impact damage. Increase per level).

And the background story ? Say people of Cetus saw a glimpse of legendary Red Hare roaming around Plains of Eidolon, looking for his master. And tenno will get unexpected help to tame this beast and find out what kind of master that red hare looking for.
