When we Red Text on the platform we are hotfixing on, we would rather inform you of its purpose (even in these cases where we're being sneaky) rather than leave you all wondering. This was indeed still a hotfix, because it requires a deploy to occur to bring the hidden-but-to-be-revealed-later items into the game, A restart is also required for those additions/changes/what have you to take place on player's consoles.
