Archgun Incarnons

Recommended Posts

Yeah this would be great. I brought it up in some of the past Incarnon threads, it would be a nice way to add some life to Archguns. That being said, I'd still want them to add Arcanes and ideally some Galvanised Mods as well. As for which Arcanes? Ehh, we have been getting a few lately, I think they could just create new Archgun specific Arcanes, so they can be more specific and specialised for the Archguns we have.

Profit Taker can already be one shot (each phase)... what's faster than one shot?

The fabled "no shot", Profit Taker just sees your loadout and sends you the rewards to your inbox. You don't even have to load into Vallis anymore, just hang out near the mission start area. Something something art of fighting without fighting something.

While we're at it. Why the heck are there not more necramechs... Come on, DE. Necramechs are awesome.

While we're at it why do we have archwing and k-drive frame but no necramech frame?

It'd be the perfect excuse to make another exalted mode like Sevagoth's shadow.

Right?

I've had this exact thought. I'd love a frame that could pull down an exalted mech. Guaranteed I'd use it constantly. Especially if it used an archgun.

Get rid of the arbitrary limits on summoning arch-guns and ammo drops, improve on their mod selection, and maybe they'll be viable candidates for upgrades/adapters

Necramechs are warframes, they're just prototypes with severe restrictions on where they can actually be used, and outdated mechanics like stamina

Oh man this made me chuckle.

+ 1 to this. the world may not be ready for Mausolon Incarnon, but I most certainly am.

when it comes, so will I!

I don't think it would get one considering it has a secondary fire.

Secondary fire weapons are likely excluded unless they have another way to be engaged.

Necramechs are not Warframes. They're the precursor to Warframes and are way bigger and bulkier.

That's why orphix can disable Warframes but not Necramechs.

My idea is that the Warframe would summon the necramech but it's mostly outer casing, and instead of using operator, your Warframe just straight up walks inside of the mech and powers it up with the exalted weapon and a new set of abilities.

Warframe Hulkbuster would've been far cooler then what we got.

They are functionally alike, to the point of even having their own pseudo-passives, like Orphix resistance (along the lines of Revenant’s resistance to mag procs from PoE’s water)

Mechs should remain summonable, and be summoned anywhere, which would effectively fulfill this idea without restricting it to one warframe. Yareli as a "summonable K-Drive" was a mistake; she’s fine in practice, but K-Drives should have been summonable gear anywhere from the start. Titania gets a pass since she actually shrinks down, otherwise her archwing would be nearly impossible to navigate in normal maps.

And the people that can't one shot for numerous reasons?

Oooh, they should introduce Rivens to give players the chance to roll stats that let them go as fast as possible and measure themselves on some kind of online speed board

That would work but then everyone would spam the exalted turret and DE would make mechs have an absurd cooldown like with conjunction missions.

I'd prefer a frame that could be a necramech whenever I want without having to deal with silly cooldowns.

No they shouldn't. If I wanted to play a mech game I'd play Titanfall. (If I really had a choice it would be Chromehounds, I'm still not over those servers being shutdown 😩😩😩

They're a cool idea but they need the type of restrictions that are in place.
