Edit: Actually, now that I think about it. I think it is incorrect to call those cosmetics prime attachments. It just occured to me that those look to be some sort of Corrupted cosmetic. Mask is the little optical sensor, or "eye" of the sentry with an added arch for looks, the wings are those metal coils on the sides, and the tail is the same as that little cap thing top of the sentry.
