I like to think shes like the Adjutants from Starcraft Her movement in-camera originates from the waist area sometimes, thus it is present in the model itself to help the animators properly animate her. We might get Lotus "room" at some point and could interact with her directly. Would be fun to have quest acquired in the same why we get them from Hircine...ehm, Simaris. Minus the facehug.
