Fixed Chroma’s Effigy being hostile to players if spawned while Chroma is under the effects of the Radiation proc.

 

Why? that makes perfect sense. Why is it so necessary to remove that punishment from players that get the radiation proc. Every other warframe power hurts players while they are under radiation, but not Chroma?

 

Go home DE, You're drunk. 

 

 

Chroma is their newest cash cow. Once the novelty has worn off and everyone who was going to get him with platinum has, they will "revert" it.

  • Proc resistance will now trigger for all proc types simultaneously.  This means an enemy with 50% resistance in two damage types will have a 50% chance to resist both, instead of a 50% chance to resist each one individually.

What is proc resistance? This seems like a huge factor in understanding the status mechanic. Is this why physical procs are more common than elemental effects, no matter how you mod the weapon? Do certain enemies have less chance for, say, gas to proc when you shoot them with a weapon capable of proccing gas? Is this 'proc resistance' related to the damage modifier for that type?

 

Also, this is clear as mud. Even if we knew about proc resistance beforehand I have no idea what got changed. It seems you're saying an enemy would roll it's resistance score for fire, and then for toxin, and now it's rolling resistance for gas.. where gas is the resistance score for the highest of the component elements? To clarify - the net result would be an increase in the number of combined elemental procs, correct?

Conclave Changes

  • All Warframes now have a base max energy of 100.

 

 

Logic there is none.

So frames that have very low stats and depend on abilities, will be weaker against high shield/health/armor frames.

Woopdido rhino is the only frame to do anything and everything on this game.

Conclave Changes

 

  • Cephalon Capture now has a round length of 15 minutes.  Once the timer expires a team will win / lose depending on how many captures have been completed.
  • A mission timer has been added to the HUD.
  • All Warframes now have a base max energy of 100.
  • Removed ‘Matchmaking Mode’ drop down from Conclave.  All matches played are ‘public’ for now.
  • Lowered breakable vent health in Conclave.
  • Dex Dakra and Dex Furis have been enabled in Conclave.
  • Increased the damage radius of Rhino’s Stomp in Conclave.
  • Increased the range of Excalibur's Radial Javelin in Conclave.
  • Slowed the activation / casting animations of Excalibur's Radial Javelin in Conclave.
  • Players will now receive a notification of what team they’re joining when entering a match mid-session.

 

Changes

 

  • Made ‘Unidentified Items’ in Spy 2.0 read more like drops, to make it clear that you’ve picked up an item from the Mission and not a bug.

  • Added audio cue to Frost’s Ice Wave Impedance Mod effect.
  • Volt’s Shock will now apply his energy color to the electrocuted proc that targets receive.
  • Altered some text instances of ‘Transmutations Cores’ to ‘Transmute’.
  • Corpus Nullifiers are now only immune to ability damage, instead of all radial damage.
  • Effects on Mag’s Bullet Attractor now match her energy color.

  • Fixed players being unable to access the Zanuka recovery Mission from their Liset.
  • Fixed broken Harkonar physics on Volt.
  • Fixed the quest, The New Strange start and completion diorama automatically closing after a few seconds if the player is in a squad.
  • Fixed weapon skins and weapon cosmetics from being purchasable multiple times.
  • Fixed an issue in the Trials of Vay Hek that cause the consoles in Phase 2 to become unhackable.
  • Fixed an error in Cephalon Capture showing Sun / Moon Cephalon as Sun / Moon Flag.
  • Fixed Skana not sitting properly in the player’s fist.
  • Fixed Grineer Capture targets showing as Corpus capture targets.
  • Fixed Kubrow not appearing correctly when in the Liset Arsenal loadout.
  • Fixed Arcane enhancements showing visible in the Foundry when players are unable to craft one.
  • Fixed an issue that would occur when receiving the Sentinel Experience login reward if the player did not have a Sentinel.
  • Fixed Ordis audio not matching his subtitles.
  • Fixed possible issue with players being unable to abort a Conclave session.
  • Fixed players closing the End of Mission screen and being forced to leave a Conclave session.
  • Fixed some inconsistencies with Augment descriptions.
  • Fixed Glaive not showing in up Melee 2.0 Codex.

  • Fixed typo that would appear when selecting an Arcane.
  • Fixed detonation projectiles not dealing damage for Clients.

  • Fixed some instances of the Liset showing washed out textures.

Could you also fix the video going blank randomly. I have a Nvidia 660 card with 2 gigs of ram. It should have no issues, and has ONLY done this since the recent update

 What? So volt prime no longer has that insane energy level? And all caster frames got a nerf?
