Judging by the length of that neck, I'd wager there are some anatomical differences from a regular human though, so it's not unreasonable it might be more visible. But kidding aside, it is probably humans who have been added with the super-solider infested serum who are in warframes. Their skin fused and replaced with metal, and bones stronger than the clawed guy from x-men. Practically built to withstand the firce power of void energy.
