I saw this occur with some helmets a week or three ago. Mostly you just have to blame RNG but honestly I find 90% of alerts worthless in general. Once you get a blueprint from an alert, you don't need another. Ever. I mean I know there are new players daily or whatever but seeing the same trinity helmet alert 3 or 4 times a week is kind of silly.
